auf jeden Fall macht dieser Appell Sinn - das öffentliche Bewusstsein brauch Handlungsanweisung - es muss der politische Wille vorhanden sein!
Heute wünschte ich mir von ihr einen öffentlichen Brief an die Japanische Regierung den Nationalen Notstand zu erkennen und die Handlungs-Vollmacht selbst zu übernehmen - TEPCO hat sich als unfähig erwiesen !!!

Hi Proff. Kemfert. very interesting work. alternatives that involve a drastic change are needed before it's too late. I'm from Ecuador but live in the US. Every year I fly to my country and when i fly over Quito (Ecuador's capital) the Chimborazo's summit has less ice each time (Ecuador's tallest mountain), it's alarming the rate at which the ice is melting. I admire your work. Ich spreche etwas Deutsch aber meine mutter sprache is naturlich spannish, dann englisch. bye.
