I grew up Fundamentalist/Pentacostal/Ful­l Gospel/American Christian and was raised to mock this stuff, then I had a Vision. While awake I met God. He is a Mountain of Flames. The Flames are People. He hovered over a waveless watery world. The sky and the water shined bright as the sun and I couldn't see the horizon-line. I asked questions beyond language and received all answers. Actually "The Secret of Light" is more for the lay person's understanding. His more collegiate book which this one is taken from is "The Universal One" which I also read. Check it out on my playlist. It goes way over my head but I read it like as if I understood it.

I can understand you experience as something you would like to find the equivalent of because I too experience God in a way almost too sacred to me, to subject it to the world's opinion.

I think sometimes that I will attempt to do that if I am lead to, yet to put it in picture form is an impossibility unless I were to learn how to paint with moving light. I don't speak of it to my family bc I don't want them to worry about my sanity. It kind of blows my mind yet I love it and am getting used to it. I can understand your experience of the Mountain of Flames. God is stranger than we even know how to imagine is all I can express right now.

I too love such amazing experiences with God, but you talk to Sharmans, Hindu Monks etc all talk about spiritual experiences, Unless they reveal Jesus of the scriptures, how can you know they are revealing truth. I am open to the idea, as Jesus revealed that there is deceptive spirits also at work, evil spirits, posing as angels of light, I have personally assisted in helping a couple who got involved with Spirit-Guides and then discovered that they were evil spirits!

Because you know that before Jesus arrived on this earth, people were talking to God. Now can you possibly think they all were talking to devils.  Buddha lived way before Jesus, I think 500 years before. Ancient China had a civilization where there was hardly any wrong doing as in committing crimes such as we have in our preacher ridden US. And all they worshiped was their ancestors. They put us to shame really.

I think you have neatly edited history by the way - The great wall of China was built on the bones of slaves - genicide and infantcide was commonplace in China - it was brutal! Human nature hasnt changed much. Also age or length of belief does not neccessary equate with truth. We believed the earth was flat for generations before now! I am not saying that all revelation was talking to devils, obviously I believe that God revealed himself through the OT prophets

Strange question indeed. God is in us. Worship actually means "to work with".

So my suggestion would be to work with the God who indwells you. How to do that you yourself have to figure out for nobody else can do it for you, but if you earnestly want to know, the God inside you will reveal its self to you.

Where would God be, think ye that we are alone in the Universe. Just look at all that space out there, galaxies upon galaxies. I think there be much to occupy God Mind

@TheDoveLady I like that meaning for worship, I was trained in seminary and the one question I never got answered was the true meaning of that word and how to do it. I was only ever taught that God is perfect and sent his son to save us from his own wrath for being imperfect, which was how he created us; that we are evil and can never be fixed... Haha. Since the creation of the web, I have every few years come back to it, and never did I see such a succinct definition for the word. Thank You!!!

@ShinkaHentai Perhaps you'd be better off reading the bible, many examples of worship there, all involve the whole body, also I am assuming it was Catholic seminary, so you are right to reject the idea that we were created evil and can never be fixed, this is religious dogma that the church has used to keep power over the people, it is clearly anti-scriptural and opposed to the Gospel (Good News) of Jesus that we can be born again, new creations, through the blood of Jesus!

Worship " to work within" has a ring of truth to it, but I think you have twisted it - As a new creation, born again believer of Jesus the Christ, my spirit works within to worship His Holy Spirit within me. Worship in Hebrew is always associated with posture - prostrating myself, which removes the ego, the I, the self-centredness that is at the centre of fallen man, Most of the stuff I am reading from Dovelady seems very ego centric. I dont prostrate myself in fear but love!

I love Walter Russel, I have studied spirituality for over 20 years..............it is amazing a lot of these ideas are in a course in miracles. I love the marriage of science and spirituality. The untrained mind can accomplish nothing.....................

It seems to me science has practiced a kind of black magic, always working to split the atom or to force it to combine, but never considering it as a consciousness with which we might communicate, in order to work correctly with it. But things are changing in the scientific community. I think they are making some progress concerning consciousness. Now to get them to read Russell.

Suicide is a strange word when Russell in his Divine Illiads gives God's words to us, beautiful and loving words without doubt. The Secret of Light quotes mainly from the Illiads. No doubt Lao had much to say that was also very good. but I think it a incorrect thing to say Russell's words (God"s words) alone are like suicide. They are full of love also I think. Why don't you read her words in a video to show exactly what you mean.

The science ALONE. People tend to give Walter the attention. The comment was on the Secret of Light message you read & reminding all of us that their message was about balance. The Secret of Light is the 2nd writing of the Universal 1.

I think in "The Secret of Light" people would get it, the love, for he says so often that we are all ONE, and "know me, be me" and we know that God is love. Be love is what he is saying, don't you think, both in the Illiads and in The Secret of Light. Science is not so divorced from the Spirit of Love in my understanding. Those who read Russell's kind of science certainly have to see love interwoven into the science of it and it is important that there be a marriage of science and spirit.

The ones who 'get' it, already recognize love. Sometimes we can be too much into the love and not recognize the true nature of the science. Again, balance. You would be surprised how the Russellian Science could be used against us. That is why the philosophy behind this science is so vital. I have often wondered if this science could be used against 'us' or 'love' . It seems to me that he did not give enough 'how to's' in his description of the way energy performs.

Or did he? Do you know of anyone at all who uses his information and works against love with it? I would be very interested to know if this has or is being done.

His physics explains our Universe perfectly and towers far above academic groping taught in schools. A hero amongst men, a truly self less and loving man who gave humanity the keys to a cosomology where the Creator is at the Center of Creation. The absolute unification of science and spirituality in a cosmology which accounts for all observations.
