i'm not good at modding but when it comes to construction i can help you out make Megaton though..... it would take more than 4 days (i'm not a modder and i need a basis)

You seem to have talent. I'd like to see this come trough and sorry that I can not contribute with lua and such. I only have a small SWEP pack for private use which is not related to fallout. As a fallout fan,I can say that this reminds me of it alot.

its not HL2 Mod, its just called Garrys Mod/ GMOD....it has HL2 stuff in it as the creators of HL2 made GMOD
