My late griffon, Monty, looked just like that when he was a pup. I miss him :( I always feel like I'm replacing him if i get another dog. Although i know i never can replace him.

I have one like him called Wattie, he does the hole obsessed wit bum thing too, usually due to fleas and full anal glandes
