How does it feel to be judgmental - to be prejudiced? (Some things are better thought but not said.)
Please forgive me - my heart is in the right place when I ask you this. How does it feel to have me say of you: "You strike me as quite judgmental - as prejudiced"?
Yet I have evidence for what I say.

After my first spontaneous projection over 40 years ago, I read everything I could get my hands on regarding all the different religions of the world..was married to a lutheran minister at the time; now, still "traveling" on a regular basis, I have found Jesus to be the "love of my life"...I needed to learn about all the others and the bottom line of each teaching is LOVE..
But listen; when you testify of human attributes like compassion and love in these NDE's, these are personified attributes, more than some impersonal energy and therefore this person has a character and can be Known. Get to know Him, read the Bible, it's all true, just misunderstood. B.Min.
I have seen many NDE testimonies and believe these experiences that they have to be very real. I believe in life after death for sure as I had a "Born from above" experience 11 yrs ago. One thing I know for sure; Jesus is the truth behind all of this and you must get to know Him as He has made it very clear to all of us in His Gospels. "For I am the way the Truth and the Life, nobody comes to the Father except through me" John 14:16. I have met Jesus face to face myself. It's another story.

Life is for living, death is for when the living is through. If no one ever died it would be pretty crowded, don't you think? Look mate I don't want to create negativity in this, If I had not experienced the things I did I would be skeptical also. NDE's are a joke.Just because you do not have the answer for an experience, it does not mean that your default assumptions are valid. For example, we now know what an eclipse is and how it happens, but in the past when that information was not available, then what did people believe? People started making up reasons of why the day turned to night, "it's a spirit covering the sun." In the next decade we will be able to explain why these people saw what they saw, It will no longer be a "mystery."
There isn't a single NDE which cannot be explained and debunked by modern science.

I had an experience 2 yrs ago. I was in a hurry and waiting to cross the street. As soon as the light became green i started running. Then something happen, time stop in my mind and i had a vision. I was the actor and the spectator of that vision. I saw myself being hit by a car and i felt all the suffering from it and that vision command me to stop running. I stop in the middle of the street and at the same time a car pass in from of me, he had burn the red light! That vision saved my life!

I came back with the idea-what we say often is more important than the big things we do....I still maintain that there is a God-- and he has a plan... and we fit that plan perfectly- One lifetime though...And I had a choice to stay or come back. Am confused as to why NO Christians ever have a "past lives look"? Christians only see our ONE life.

Obviously this man lead a good life he was saved from hell. But if he had lead an evil life on earth his experience would have been totally different. The afterlife stories between good people and bad people is strikingly different. Sinful people describe their near death experience and horrific and terrifying because hell us waiting for them and they can feel it. But people like this man sees a glimpse of heaven.

Many people who have had near death experiences- start to follow an angel of light and then realize---nooooo they don't want to go any farther as it begins to get dark. @rockethead555 Hundreds of people have died in the name of your God. I have faith but even I can see that people have changed the ways of christianity. Henry VIII was one of them. The bible was written over 2000 years ago. I could say something right now and that word could spread for one week and could change completely by the time I hear it again. @CloudZanmato Spiritual issues are complicated to discuss, mainly bc people don't understand that when doing so, we must apply a special set of rules that don't apply to rationalized topics like politics, academics, precise science,etc. In short, You must seek God for an answer, not what I say or someone else says. You must "feel it in your spirit". It's like when someone tells you the temperature is cold outside, the best way to find out is to go out and "taste" the weather.
@CloudZanmato I don't support the Christian doctrine (Gospel of Jesuschrist) bc it is appealing, pretty, easy, popular, or any other rationalized or acceptable idea, etc. I just "know that I know", I've felt it in my spirit, I've heard the subtle voice of The Lord. even with all these videos about how pieceful death is, i'm still scared 2 die. next year i have 2 have a surgery and idk how serious it is but with every surgery there are always risks. and this one is the most serious i will ever have by far. if i do die or have an out of body experience i hope i get 2 choose if i go back or stay. i have a lot 2 do on earth. i'm only 15.
That is natural. Everyone is a least a little scared of dying because it is the element of the unknown. But have faith in something more. Believe in God and a higher power and purpose. Believe that God will guide and protect you no matter what. You will most likely come through your operations and be fine, especially in this age of medical technology and expertise. But to ease your mind, know that our consciousness survives and goes on, regardless.
Heaven and hell are individual perceptions of the mind, whether alive or dead; the "chi" energy, that is the spark of life, interacts with the universal life field & allows us each to create our own belief system (reality) and to live by our own code of conduct. We all have lightness and darkness.
Hamish died in January of this year. Before he moved on for good, he said he found the prospect of dying "quite exciting".
@Tscript You're right! We create our reality with our thoughts and perceptions. I had few OBE and i went in another dimension. I had a body made of energy. I could run on the ground and i could fly too. It was an incredible experience fill with joy and extasy! I felt so sereine and calm, I was floating in the conciousness of God. I had the revelation that i was undestructible and that nothing bad could ever happen to me, i was totaly safe! There was no sense of time. I did'nt expect the end!

However I have etymology, historical, personal testimony, nde, biblical and circumstantial evidence that proves with out a doubt that Hell is a lie. Faith to me is loving anyone no matter who they are, and helping anybody when you get the chance. Faith is also putting your trust in Jesus Christ.

Actually, fear of hell should never be a reason to serve God. Wanting to live in Heaven forever with Jesus should be the reason. Avoiding going to hell should never be a reason.
What i undersatnd from this man's experience is that we come here on earth to grow our spirit enlarge our consciousness, there is different level or plan of life.
I found one thing that helps me understand life is by observation.

@jeanpierrel - True, this is a temporal life and were just passing through. The whole nutshell of life is to simply make a decision where we are to spend eternity; With God or separated from Him. There is only one way to the Kingdom of Heaven and that is by asking Jesus is a simple prayer to forgive you of your sins and save you for eternity. Nothing else will do, just a heartfelt prayer!

Jesus is the way, the truth and the life as there are no other ways to get to heaven. He loves us so much, that He died for us. @jeanpierrel - You are missing the point. I'm not the one telling you, God is! We are to love one another and I'm expressing that by pointing you to the only way to eternal life. To walk with Him is a personal relationship, whereas He comes and lives within you by the Holy Spirit only after you make a commitment to Christ, not before...

Anesthesia is not an exact science there is a very fine line between putting someone completely under and stopping their heart. With the huge number of routine and major surgeries that take place mistakes and miscalculations are bound too happen thus people wake up in a semi or fully conscious state. The gentleman who dreamed the future dreamed something not at all surprising people write down their dreams all the time sooner or latter some will come true.
Perhaps you didn't recall, but Hamish heard the medical staff from the "ceiling", not the table. Once, Mark Twain dreamed of his brother's death. In the dream, his brother's body was in an all metal casket, w/ a wreath of white flowers and one red rose. All were expensive and his brother poor, so he doubted the dream. His brother died 3 weeks later. At the funeral Twain saw..an all-metal casket (thanks to friends) white flowers, one red rose. Don't be afraid to believe in dreams and NDEs.

"The old coot" was in his fifties when he had his Near Death Experience. He's now in his eighties and has more energy and enthusiasm than most ever do! @812LJ You apparently do not understand the term 'highest light'.. It means that you follow your best understanding, in this case, about religious beliefs. Did you have a different understanding of God before you became a Christian? When you became a Christian, you were following your 'highest light' at the time. There may be a time in your future life when a better understanding is presented to you. Will you have the courage to follow it?
@812LJ Sorry, my best understanding (highest light) is that there is no Jesus nor necessity of a Savior. Belief in the Creator cannot be pantheism as He is One. I got saved from being saved.

@812LJ Fully agree = there is only one true and living God. He is all powerful and everywhere present, and needs no helpers. I have never been to Israel, but wouldn't mind going there. The Jews were looking for an earthly savior and king. Many Jews do not even entertain the existence of an afterlife.
@k0smon - Yes, Kosmon! The Trinity is All powerful, ominiscient and omnipresent! The earthly savior is called the Messiah and He is none other than Jesus Christ! (King of Kings and Lord of Lords). He came the first time to save the world of its sin, but very soon, on His 2nd coming, He will come to rule and reign forever. The Sadducees are the sect who don't believe in the resurrection of the dead.
@812LJ The Trinity, your compound god, does not make good sense. The Father (the Creator) is fully sufficient all by Himself and doesn't need any help from Jesus or any other holy spirits. The idea of original sin and needing a savior is a doctrine of Christianity and is not true in fact. I do quite well without christ and the bible since I gave them up many years ago.
@k0smon - Makes perfect sense! There is the Father in Heaven, The Son who is the visible image of the invisble God and the Holy Spirit that is everywhere! John 1:1-5 and Colossians 1:15-7. @812LJ :: The Father is in Heaven, but everywhere else also. The Son is not visible, he is a 'word picture' . His visibility ( if it ever existed) ended almost 2000 years ago. The holy spirit might better be described as the power of God. I reconsidered my faith when I decided to leave Christianity, I have found what I sought, and it is not all that different, just has greater understanding.

Whether you want to believe this or not is up to you, but it's the truth! Just ask yourself why today in the world there's such angst against Jesus? @k0smon - Christ is the simple and only answer, Kos. You cannot come to the Father by yourself. It's only through believing in His sacrifice that you will ever see the Kingdom of Heaven. Picking and choosing what YOU think is correct is the free will He grants us in this life. There is only one way and it is by faith in Christ Jesus alone! Nothing else will do...

There's almost 2000 cases on there of people from all religions, non-religions, ages, races, etc. who have come back to tell of a place of total peace and love.
You can get a near-death experience from blacking out in a centrifuge during high-g training. It is all in the brain. When your brain is deprived of oxygen it makes you hallucinate as a safety measure.
near death is not death so how does it matter? you will see whatever it is you believe in. its called a dream. and when you are unconscious they are most vivid.
So how can people rise up and out of their body, move freely around their surroundings in the most complete feeling of peace and love, be able to hear peoples thoughts and conversations, and then verify them later when they come back?
actually it is. You die, your heart stops and under those conditions-you're considered dead..and you don't see whatever it is you believe in..people who are blind from birth have NDE's..so how is it that someone who has never seen a basic shape or color can see these vivid images?
even if your heart stops you are not dead. when your brain dies, which will usualy be after 10-15 minutes without oxygen is when you are indeed dead.
so unless you are really dead (your brain stops funcioning- again after theese 15 or so minutes) can you call this experience and experience of the afterlife. untill then it remains what it is: a NEAR death experience. of course we will easily agree this is not the same as death. and of course theese NDEs vary. a hindu will never see jesus.

I have seen many NDE testimonies and believe these experiences that they have to be very real. I believe in life after death for sure as I had a "Born from above" experience 11 yrs ago. NDE's are a joke.Just because you do not have the answer for an experience, it does not mean that your default assumptions are valid. For example, we now know what an eclipse is and how it happens, but in the past when that information was not available, then what did people believe? People started making up reasons of why the day turned to night, "it's a spirit covering the sun." In the next decade we will be able to explain why these people saw what they saw, It will no longer be a "mystery."

I had an experience 2 yrs ago. I was in a hurry and waiting to cross the street. As soon as the light became green i started running. Then something happen, time stop in my mind and i had a vision. I was the actor and the spectator of that vision. I saw myself being hit by a car and i felt all the suffering from it and that vision command me to stop running. I stop in the middle of the street and at the same time a car pass in from of me, he had burn the red light! That vision saved my life!

I could run on the ground and i could fly too. It was an incredible experience fill with joy and extasy! I felt so sereine and calm, I was floating in the conciousness of God. I had the revelation that i was undestructible and that nothing bad could ever happen to me, i was totaly safe! There was no sense of time. I did'nt expect the end!

"The old coot" was in his fifties when he had his Near Death Experience. He's now in his eighties and has more energy and enthusiasm than most ever do! He didn't stay dead 'cause there werea few things he had to do back here. Like set up "Parallel Community" a global movement for social change and a more compassionate way of living sustainably.

I'm not sure what Jesus meant when He supposedly said: "Judge not, that ye be not judged"

We have to judge murderers, rapists, child molesters, thieves, and liars; unless we are idiots!

@812LJ You apparently do not understand the term 'highest light'.. It means that you follow your best understanding, in this case, about religious beliefs. Did you have a different understanding of God before you became a Christian? When you became a Christian, you were following your 'highest light' at the time. There may be a time in your future life when a better understanding is presented to you. Will you have the courage to follow it?

@812LJ Sorry, my best understanding (highest light) is that there is no Jesus nor necessity of a Savior. Belief in the Creator cannot be pantheism as He is One. I got saved from being saved.

@812LJ Fully agree = there is only one true and living God. He is all powerful and everywhere present, and needs no helpers. I have never been to Israel, but wouldn't mind going there. The Jews were looking for an earthly savior and king. Many Jews do not even entertain the existence of an afterlife.

@k0smon - Yes, Kosmon! The Trinity is All powerful, ominiscient and omnipresent! The earthly savior is called the Messiah and He is none other than Jesus Christ! (King of Kings and Lord of Lords). He came the first time to save the world of its sin, but very soon, on His 2nd coming, He will come to rule and reign forever. The Sadducees are the sect who don't believe in the resurrection of the dead.

@812LJ The Trinity, your compound god, does not make good sense. The Father (the Creator) is fully sufficient all by Himself and doesn't need any help from Jesus or any other holy spirits. The idea of original sin and needing a savior is a doctrine of Christianity and is not true in fact. I do quite well without christ and the bible since I gave them up many years ago.

You should reconsider your faith, Kos. I feel you are searching and I'll answer all your questions to bring you back to Him, only if you are willing and have an open mind to the absolute truth...

@812LJ :: The Father is in Heaven, but everywhere else also. The Son is not visible, he is a 'word picture' . His visibility ( if it ever existed) ended almost 2000 years ago. The holy spirit might better be described as the power of God. I reconsidered my faith when I decided to leave Christianity, I have found what I sought, and it is not all that different, just has greater understanding.

God promised everything to the Son, as an inheritance, & through the Son he made the universe & everything in it. The Son reflects God's own glory, & everything about him represents God exactly.

There's also a warning in 2 John 1:7 Many deceivers have gone out in the world. They do not believe that Jesus Christ came to earth in a real body. Such a person is a deceiver and a antichrist.

@k0smon - You are missing the whole point to Christ. His purpose was to free us from the original sin and death so we can live with Him forever. Whether you want to believe this or not is up to you, but it's the truth! Just ask yourself why today in the world there's such angst against Jesus? You can believe and spout anything under the sun about anyone or anything else, but when it comes to Christ, it's a gamechanger! Am I right?

@k0smon - Christ is the simple and only answer, Kos. You cannot come to the Father by yourself. It's only through believing in His sacrifice that you will ever see the Kingdom of Heaven. Picking and choosing what YOU think is correct is the free will He grants us in this life. There is only one way and it is by faith in Christ Jesus alone! Nothing else will do...

You can get a near-death experience from blacking out in a centrifuge during high-g training. It is all in the brain. When your brain is deprived of oxygen it makes you hallucinate as a safety measure.

So how can people rise up and out of their body, move freely around their surroundings in the most complete feeling of peace and love, be able to hear peoples thoughts and conversations, and then verify them later when they come back?

actually it is. You die, your heart stops and under those conditions-you're considered dead..and you don't see whatever it is you believe in..people who are blind from birth have NDE's..so how is it that someone who has never seen a basic shape or color can see these vivid images?

even if your heart stops you are not dead. when your brain dies, which will usualy be after 10-15 minutes without oxygen is when you are indeed dead.
so unless you are really dead (your brain stops funcioning- again after theese 15 or so minutes) can you call this experience and experience of the afterlife. untill then it remains what it is: a NEAR death experience. of course we will easily agree this is not the same as death. and of course theese NDEs vary. a hindu will never see jesus.
