I have done all the days of the ball handling handbook except day 7 because it was gametime. I think my ball control has improve but i'm still losing the ball . I am  going to start the crossover program to perfect my crossover and to do it faster. before starting the program i was a very poor ball handler so i know I'm gonna need some time to get to the next level.

bare with me here dre, lets say im not familiar with all your videos on dribbling so i wouldnt know what a certain drill is would there be an example in the book like if it says windshield wiper drills x20 each hand do you have a dvd or something or do we gotta look up the vid that you got on here for an example.
