oh my goodness! my cat suckles herself too! but she actually stayed with her mom for about 6 months, so I don't think it was early weaning in her case. I thought I was the only one!

I have a female cat that is about 7yrs old and she tries to suckle on any part of the human body she can, feet, ankles, arms, legs. I admit I have let her do this on myself....I have the scratches to prove it!! I think it is great!!

ahaha I thought my cat was slow. That's adorable, though. I have an adult male that will suckle any and everything he can. Now I wonder if he suckles himself when he's alone...
