This is The famous Trains Magazine's "All American diesel" Chessie System/ B&O GP38 3802. The B&O railroad museum aquired it from csx a few years back still wearing it's maintenance-of-way orange "pumpkin" paint scheme. It has since been restored to it's former Chessie glory as you can see here! Thanks so much for sharing.
