I'm a strong woman and a feminist and I don't have a problem with seeing older men paired with younger women in movies or in real life. I think that's a pretty universal thing. What they didn't articulate in the dialogue is that while on average men may be more attracted to looks, what women on average are attracted to is power. Money is only one form of that.
