  • My computer locked up at 2:15, so it was the longest "SHOOOOOOOOOOOOOWW" I'd ever heard lol

  • Moulin Rouge.. The story we've all lived. Life must go on. We will, tirelessly.

  • Not bad....but Freddie Mercury still better) No one ever will sing it better!

  • Questa versione è fantastica, c'è dentro tutta la sofferenza del testo e l'arrangiamento lo sottolinea ancor di più. Personalmente credo che Freddy sarebbe soddisfatto nel sentire questa versione

  • Duke, we all know those dislikes were you.

  • I love Moulin Rouge, I remember growing up and it was my favorite movie :3 Of course I was only like 5. Ohhh well.

  • I freaken love these songs! (I still need to watch the whole movie)

  • A nod to Queen, but I actually hated the arrangement.

  • Uhmmm Queen is still better. But i still love this too... i guess.

  • @TheSureFireGamer Ya, I agree.

  • I couldn't take this song seriously after I saw the Nostalgia Critic's review for Moulin Rouge. XD

  • @Vocaloid134 Honestly, Critic kinda did it better...

  • @TheSurefireGamer Ehh, I love the way these two sound. Barney Walker was fantastic though.

  • Neverending goosebumps...

  • Zidler was around when the Three Broomsticks was just One Broomstick

  • the review must go on

  • My Bose headphones just made out with this song.

  • tähän ei riitä sanat, loistava!

  • 'inside my heart is breaking, my makeup may be flaking, but my smile still stays on' how she says it has bewitched me since i was a child

  • Love it when the drums come in at the end...

  • such an epic song! all respect to the makers of moulin rouge

  • fantastic movie... the moulin rouge will go on...

  • Ziedler is one of the more wonderful characters in this film. He balances the ideals that allows his establishment to exist, love and lust harbored within his patrons, with the calculating and meticulous nature of business, represented by the relationship with the duke. I think of all the characters we meet, he's the most likable by the end. He proves his dedication, daresay love of the people under his employ and he realizes that people are more important than profits. In two word, he grows.

  • this is not supposed to be better then the original! this is supposed to match the feel of the movie! so stop saying nonsense.

  • As a Queen fan, I love this version

  • @francho292006 I'm pretty sure Freddie would have loved Moulin Rouge. I can just imagine him strutting up the red carpet at the premiere...sniff...

  • Come on neither this nor the original version is "better". They are just different, is it that difficult to get it?

  • Jim Broadbent is a BABE. <3 love this song.

  • Stop hating people... A song is not only great cause of its music or the singer that sings it.. Lyrics and passion is a great factor. I love this version (And every changed version of any song for Moulin Rouge) as much as i love the originals. Listen to it objectively and you will understand.

  • This song introduced me to the queen version of this song and through that other queen songs. I'm now a queen addict.

I love this version as well as the origional, they are both beautiful in their own way.

  • EPIC END NOTEE 2:39

  • Happy birthday Freddie!

Thank you for inspiring the creators of Moulin Rouge to add this song to their already incredible musical :) xx

  • this got me into queen

  • I just used this to sort an argument. For this, i love you moulin rouge

  • WHO KNOWS WHEN YOU WILL BE HAPPY TO EACH HIS SHAS

  • Queen+Moulin Rouge = Epicness of great proportions...

  • gives me goosebumps every time!

  • Both versions are AWESOME! :D

  • I love this version of the song, that doesn't mean it overshadows Queen's version I just love them both as two, separate, beautiful songs.

  • This version is horrendous, magnifies the single version is the version of queen with freddie mercury

  • SPAAACCEEEEEEE

  • For the people who are also Harry Potter fans as well as fans of Moulin Rouge: Did you know that the actor who plays Professor Slughorn in Harry Potter 6 is the same person who plays Harry Zidler?? Sorry, just thought I should share that. :D

  • @emilysara77 I knew that! He is a great actor!

  • @emilysara77 Jim Broadbent, yeah he's a hero!!

  • @emilysara77 I was quite content when I was sitting in the theater to see the Half-Blood Prince and I saw that Jim Broadbent was cast as Professor Slughorn.

  • @emilysara77 he was also professor kirk in lion the witch and the wardrobe

  • @nanjam934 on the subject, he also played Renee Zellweger's father in the Bridget Jones' Diary movies.

    ahaha<3

  • @emilysara77 so THAT'S why he looked so familiar to me!!!! :D XD

  • @emilysara77 i know, its so weird!

  • @emilysara77 Yeah it's Jim Broadbent

  • @emilysara77 And he plays Pod in The Borrowers :)

  • @emilysara77 He's in a BOATLOAD of British Movies - He's also in Bridget Jones with the actress that plays Moaning Myrtle. Though It's harder to name a British actor that hasn't been in Harry Potter

  • @emilysara77 See also: Hot Fuzz.

  • @emilysara77 NO WAY o.o lol

  • @emilysara77 The first thing I was thinking was OH MY GOSH SLUGHORN OWNS A STRIP CLUB! :D

  • @emilysara77 I thought it was him!

  • I adore the Queen song, Freddie Mercury was an amazing vocalist and performer, and his death was tragic so soon after the release of this song. But this too is a fantastic song, fully fitting to the film, with excellent singers. Bravo<3

  • @ChocoCoatedLemons I loved Freddie Mercury too, did you know he actually wrote this song because he knew he was going to die soon, and wanted Queen to carry on after him?

  • @RosaValentine666 Yeah, God that's sad... So brave, to want to encourage everyone else to keep on living.

  • First movie I cried at....

  • still song still makes me cry and i have no idea why

  • Je préfére quand même quand c'est queen qui l'a chante ^^

  • moulin rouge=QUEEN

  • OMfG, it`s real the best Nicole`s role

  • the best version of this song :)

  • Does anyone know where I can download this song?

  • @daintyhippie go to video2mp3 . com and past the link in to the box you find.

  • <333

  • I love this song so much. He did such a great job.

  • I think this is the best love story ever ...

  • I love Queen but this version is amazing to.

  • Oh man shivers

  • I cryed on this!

  • @shynizl samee :'(

  • the first time i ever watched this movie i fell in love and i always got sad when satine sang her song. today is a day when dreaming ends.

  • I love this song. It will live on.

Genial banda sonora!!

  • his voice is INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! Who sings this?

  • @13pangea Jim Broadbent

  • Awesome.

  • гениальная песня,гениальный текст

  • SCREW ROMEO AND JUILET THIS IS THE MOST TRAGIC LOVE STORY OF ALL TIME (OR SHOULD I SAY (HOMEO AND JUILIET)

  • @slipknotfan14emb Should I say that your comment is stupid and that using caps does not make what you're saying any more clever...Yes, I think I should.

  • @horrorfinatic why, who are you, the opinion police?? maybe I should say that your comment was stupid and simply saying it does not make you any more clever... yes, I think I should

  • @catherine0098 I'm the one calling him out for his dumbassery. HOMEO AND JULIET sounds like a homophobic remark, and let's face it, those are never clever. AND PEOPLE WHO TYPE IN CAPS LOCK LIKE THIS PISS ME OFF. I have no problem with him saying this is the most tragic love story of all time,. In fact, I'd be inclined to agree with him. But his comment is idiotic, as is yours.

  • хули вы пиздите это отличный фильм а не хороший

  • best. movie. ever. classic love story.

  • Exelent, but the singer killed the melody.

  • @mauroelias1986 He didn't kill it, he improved it in a way we haven't ever heard, :)

  • @lizzybear12321 ...And hopefully won't ever hear again. Period.

  • @orboksanci Why are you here if you don't want to hear it? Hmmm? Answer me that!

  • @lizzybear12321 I hate that argument. Not everyone who comes here was searching for this song. Some people are linked to it, some are searching the song title and happen to come across it in the search results, others know what it is and are curious to hear how it sounds. And not everyone who discovers it, likes it. Are they not entitled to share their opinion? If they're not, then neither are you.

  • @rauj13 Meh, go away...

  • @lizzybear12321 Meh, don't want to...

  • @rauj13 Hmm, accepting defeat is never fun.. Then stay.

  • @lizzybear12321 Defeat?

  • @rauj13 Yes. Defeat.

  • @rauj13

Sorry, i was searching for It.

  • now I wanna watch Moulin Rouge again, and I just watched it!

  • :))))

  • @Kuntipac im a huge Queen fan, but i also love this version. i think that both versions honor each other with their presence in the music world. they are both great.

  • @Kuntipac i'm a queen fan. in fact imma HUGE freddie mercury fan. but i find this to be quite good and fitting to the story of Moulin Rouge. i like both versions.

  • this movie always make me cry... it's such a beautiful love story:*

  • im a woman and im in love with his voice, if i was a man i'd turn gay! especially since he has supposidley a "big boy" in his pants XD

  • ALBERTIRSÁÁÁÁÁÁ

  • freddie* wtf i wrote omg iam tr0ll

  • 12 tr0lls press dislike omg go and die tr0lls!!!!!!

  • although the film may have a really really sad ending it did one thing for me to grab every moment and never let it go cos you never know what can happen

  • I bought the soundtrack to this movie exclusively for this song (well, and for all the other amazing songs), and IT WASN'T ON IT!!! WTF?!?

  • @the1andonlyJadalyn because frendy didnt left any1 to sing it or remake it .now look the year that he die 70 after they can sing it or remake it until then w8

  • @the1andonlyJadalyn annoyingly, there are two soundtracks. This song is on the second soundtrack.

  • when satine sings that song is just the time that she is forced to go to christian and tell him that she never loved him...it's tragic because she did that in order to save him...what a wondeful movie..one thing that you will learn is to love and be loved in return..

  • I would totally fall in love with Christian. And if I was a man I guess I would fall in love with Satine as well.

  • I love this movie and this scene where it was played just makes the song seem so much better!!!!!!!!!

  • i love this song in general

but watching it in moulin rouge gave me goosbumps

    amazinggg

    <3

  • PASSION!!!!!!!!!

  • this movie always makes me cry :'(

  • just so amazing how strong music can feel when you really get into this film :) MOULIN ROUGE FTW !!!!! <3

  • 10 people don't want the show to go on.

  • @TheMidoriAkita now ts 21

  • my ho is real blonde... my ho is real bloo-o-oonde..

  • @BlainePistolle Seriously?....

  • Jim Broadbent is the 1 of the few guys that can do this song justice...As well as Kidman's part of it does so,as well...

  • everytime i go on video 2 mp3 dot netand try to download they tell me "Your browser must have cookies enabled in order to download this file, and you must download it within 10 minutes of conversion. After enabling cookies, you may have to retry your conversion" but every other time i've downloaded from here i havent had this issue...can somebody help me with my problem.

  • bellissimo questo film, ogni volta scopro canzoni straordinarie <3

  • Obiwan can sing!!!!! lol LOVE this movie.

  • Why wasnt this in the soundtrack.

  • @AleechaRay AGREED. Ffs. I love this song!

  • The way she opens her eyes and walking out, that part made me cry.

  • is zidlers rap on the soundtrack? if this one isnt that one might not be either :/ why the hell isnt this one on there?! woww... XD

  • i like this song its gooood !

  • Why didn't she tell him the truth, that hse was dying and wanted to do one last decent thing to save his life?

  • @TheNuharoo The whole point is that she cannot tell him, because he would not listen to her..i think it is better to not tell him (in this case) that she is dying, because he would be SOOO tragically devestated...anyway, what movie would it be if he knew

  • the dude that sings this was in harry potter :) i think his name is harry ziggler idk

  • one word EPIC

  • This is the best love story i've ever watched!!!

  • @LadyMyara "The Notebook" is its only rival

  • @LadyMyara you obviously havent seen Gnomeo and juliet lol j/k

  • @out2of2this2world hey.. that was an awesome movie :) :) haha don't be knocking my Gnomeo :P

  • @out2of2this2world That movie almost killed me. I mean it. I just wanted to find a rope and hang myself. My, frickin god!

  • does anybody know, why was it taken out from the Soundtrack?

I know that Queen mgmt used to give the permission for compilations, if the Queen song is the first or the last on CD. And this case it would have been around 3 before the last trakc, since the soundtrack album strictly follows the song sequence as in the movie...

  • who saves satine's from danger twice?

  • WHICH WORD BEST DESCRIBES THIS SONG?

    LONELINESS

    GREED

    SACRIFICE

    JOYFULNESS

    WHICH ONE? PICK ONE!

  • @toppimpkid11 GREED

  • @toppimpkid11 Sacrifice ! No hesitation on that ;)

  • @toppimpkid11 definitely sacrifice

  • i watch this movie many times at home...one of the best movies ever made...jackie

  • Okay.. we know it's a Queen song, I first heard it years ago from my dad's collection, but to see the film, I actually find this one better , the vulnerability and the intensity and desperation toward the end of the film when this is played, fits in really well with EVERYTHING about it...

  • @TwilightBellaForever Good now you know, and perhaps now you can gave credit to the true artists who created this.

    This is pretty good, too.

  • @TwilightBellaForever Vulnerability, intensity and desesperation in one film has zero comparison with real vulnerability, intensity and desesperation. Freddie Mercury Forever.

  • @Sam7my1ed It's your own opinion and I'm not gonna take it away from you. Everyone has their own views on things xD

  • @TwilightBellaForever Agreed. I don't know why so many people are such sticklers for whichever version of a song they hear first or think is the original. I heard the queen version first, loved it, still love it, but have to confess I find this one more compelling.

  • @hang1iderswing i disagree, freddie was dying when he sung this. i think his carries much more emotion

  • @connorrehanfeaglasgo Mm. Everyone has different opinions, I guess. :)

....Look at me being old fashioned and using smiley faces in conversation. Third grade flash back!

  • @connorrehanfeaglasgo Satine was dying when she sung her part in this too. In the movie she was anyway.
