  • hey for the squats, are your feet meant to be facing pretty much forward, rather than at an angle like yours are? that's what I have been told

  • @jimmythacricket1

It's personal preference mostly. Typically the wider your stance, the more forward you can keep your toes. The closer your stance the more you are going to have to turn your toes out in order to break parallel.

  • that ladie has a nice butt

  • how many sets and number of reps do you do repeating this circuit ?

  • @bigshow90210

The reps you do will depend on your strength and conditioning. With bodyweight exercises you should strive to constantly increase your reps on a regular basis.

  • i do a few of those exercises too, but aren't you 2 doing them a little bit too fast?

  • what an ass

  • squats also work the core

  • i like this.. im also seriously thinkin about buying converse too

  • dude ur wife has a amazing ass.... and good video

  • This is very good!!!

  • HOT CHICK ONLY PLEASE, GRACIAS!

  • Incline sit-ups are your favorite ? Masochist ! Kidding good video . I'm trying to learn to love core workouts , which have usually been my least favorite . Funny thing was lifting heavy years ago I got huge arms , chest , biceps , lats , and a nice roll of fat on my lower belly , so I'm re-learning working out .

  • next time only show the lady.

  • patricia is very beautiful.

  • that ass is huge

  • Great video! I would also include chins.

  • Nice video. Simple and to the point.

  • Man.. to have a lady that'll work out with you. That's just as sufficient... jeez.

  • Sorry mate... shouldnt lock ur elbows that much wen doing push ups

  • @FoundersClickMusic Lee probably didn't notice when doing the push ups as it's probably such an easy/light exercise for him that he pushes it up so easily past lock out.

  • Is this only for guys? I'm looking for something for women; these look WAY hard to me, guess I'm outta here.

  • do you get al 3 heads of the shoulder in this workout?

  • Love that chick

  • maybe some will get knee injuries because they have weak joints, maybe others won't. Who knows?

    Anyway: good vid!

  • lol idiot.... its bad for your knees if you have hundreds of pounds on there... not if you are only doing body weight lol

  • the dude is squatting too low... can cause knee problems.

  • @pureassyrian1

Is that your excuse for only doing half squats? :-)

  • Why are you taking it personally? I didn't mean to negatively criticize you, it was just constructive criticism. The video is good, it's just that you squat too low; your quads should be parallel to the floor and 90 degrees to your tibia & fibula. :)

  • Don't take it personally dude, I'm just saying that you're squatting too low. Your quads should be parallel to the floor and 90 degrees to your tibia and fibula to prevent knee injuries. Overall nice video though.

  • Doing fast full squats slowly strengthen your knees preventing knee injuries, just like ab work outs prevent back injuries.

So go that low is good, as long as your balanced and sturdy. if your feet are facing outwards and you're doing low low squats, that can cause knee injuries.

  • @pureassyrian1 if your gonna say tibia and fibula why wouldn't you compare the angle with the femur....just say legs dude. or atleast keep muscle-to-muscle and bone-to-bone

  • @leemhayward

does tuis work al 3 heads of the shoulders? and would you say this is good for martial arts

  • @leemhayward Legend! I hate people that do half squats and kid themselves that doing the full motion is bad

  • @leemhayward

Nice Squats man! Nowt wwrong with them. Balls to the floor

  • @leemhayward lollololololololol dies

  • @pureassyrian1: What a geriatrics-minded myth. Why does squatting too low cause knee problems? It strengthens your glutes, tendons, quads, etc. If you're really into cross training, but some light weight across your shoulders and blast out of this deep squat. If your knees are a problem; try aquacise.

  • @pureassyrian1 Only if the form is poor, his form is near perfect and therefore won't cause any knee damage.

  • @pureassyrian1 ..wrong! that will not cause knee injuries unless u have underlying problems.. and actually to be more exact, the most unstable part of your knee is a few degrees before u r in a 90degree angle, So there can be a possible injury there if movements arnt performed well.

  • @pureassyrian1 I disagree... Look at tom platz, he was a low squatter and he basically has the biggest legs in the world lol

  • @pureassyrian1 deep squat r the best for reqruiting the most muscle fibers, you sir FAIL.

  • @pureassyrian1 no, their perfect

  • @pureassyrian1 no...when you lock your knees...then you could fuck it up...

  • @pureassyrian1 hips below the knees. its the only way

  • Wonderful video you have !!!! i received great learning :0 Please watch my videos for new ideas :0

  • vive l'hyper extension..... ;-)

  • Sounds like a Cape Bretoner to me?

  • would you say this is a good routine for martial arts?

  • hey Lee, you can do the bodyweight rows with the Equalizer!

  • Let me see u touch the ground! Big booty ho get wit it

  • patricia has a nice ass

  • Great combo! but i have to mention the locking of elbows during push ups and locking the knees during squats isnt too good for joints.

    ur wife is hawt stuf!

  • damn! shes got some good form

  • that chick is a beast!

  • bottom heavy and i like it

  • you better watch your elbows when you do thos push ups

  • i agree. this guy is locking his elbow joints.

  • ur wifes got such an ass on her :)

  • thats his wife? Lucky Lee! TA-DOW!!!

  • @belfastbasher

    she's cracking walnuts all day!!!

  • I do a very similar circuit just by coincidence, but include dips, vertical pullups, handstand pushups on wall, and hyperextensions for the lower back

  • how many days a week can you do this and since i don't have a pull up bar can i substitue it with a dumbbell curl

  • Using a mat for pushups and use of bench on the horizontal row are very helpful.

  • Fan-tabulous!

  • hey your wife is hot!

  • awesome
