well i did it once too on l4d2 the parish ( map 3 ) and i made it because i was playing against noobs ( no offence ) and i killed 3 jockeys , 2 hunters , a charger and boomer :p

not a glitch there can only be one horde at a time in campaign mode.

so if one person deals with getting attacked and stuff then every one else can run straight to the safe room uninterrupted, bar tank every now n then.
