not saying that EU is bad, i mean ive been playing HOI3 and dduuuuudde the game is awesome, i mean liek, all fucking praise be to paradox interactive.

no but what i mean is that no game will ever come close to the depth and realism of the campaigns, but for the battles themselves... meh, the Total War series are much better... tho only in battle, the AI is as fuckig arcaic as like my grandpa.

-As far as I concern winning France is a great achievement in this game.

-As for epic depends in the way each one measures things, French Empire versus German Empire with Globus musics on background for me is quite epic ^^

@Estrategy001 It was quite nice right now I'm playing as Italy ,started as Milan, and despite forgeing a large empire I can't even beat them yet. Best I've done was as England that playthrough I beat France before it goes crazy and combines with the vassals.

Europa Universalis 3 is a great strategy game that has to offer campaigns that no Total War game will ever offer in this magnitude and realism.

This is a hardcore game suited for players that love campaigns.

The tutorial is perfect. The best is if you learn on your own. Like start with Castille, and go for some colonizing. It's easy, nobody will ever harm you, only when you'll be the most powerful in the World. Later, you'll be able to beat France with Brandenburg in 100 game years :D

all the required provinces and cores, then you just go to decisions and form the German Nation.

how are you dealing with war exhaustion? when i was playing french which was as big as it's on your film, i had after few months of war with any big enemy 7 point's of war exhaustion which means i had revolts all over my country.

@rerefin The more time it takes to defeat a country the more your war exhaustion will grow, big countrys take more time to kill, So you need to avoid fighting them for too much time.

You should avoid too loosing battles and getting your ports blocked.

You wil loose war exhaustion slowly when you are not at war.

@stickyfazez I played as the Hansa, i started by making trade and killing other german states, i focused much on technologys and trying to be the first in the New World, then when i conquer the remaining part of middle Europe i decided to expand west destroying France.

And later i will conquer the Iberian Peninsula.
