Just saw it a few days ago, it was quite good actually. The book goes into more detail about her religious/mystical experiences, but I think they did a great job with the movie. Although Julia Roberts is such a known actress that it's hard to get past the fact that she IS Julia Roberts, she still played the part well. The supporting characters were all very strong too.
