I knew it! It's the laundry room...I've spent enough time washing keikogi in Okinawa and staring at the indoor vending machines to know...they're like old friends.
@erniesbudolab yeah, these machines can be found everwhere. the kids dont even go near them. that's pretty smart putting them in the laundry while you wait for your stuff to dry.
most of the minors i seen stay away from them because they know cameras are watching and there's a few new machine that you have to swipe a ID card, plus cops come down hard on minors drinking

Lmao, they should do something like that here in the states...minor drinking is quite ridiculous :)

I was amazed with the one on my hotel floor in sunroute plaza, shinjuku.
Even had an ice machine next to it!
