@jman432432 No they just gut , pluck , and cook them so they can throw them away fucktard !
Ok I'll give u a break and assume u didn't see the end of the vid. But if u did , please clean a loaded gun quickly ! And make sure that u check the firing pin by lookin down the barrel of a loaded gun and make sure it works so the guy that buys it at a police auction gets a good gun.
@bucky7badger7 nice video! How many decoys are you using and what kind are they? I'm just getting started and am having a blast, looking to get more gear, looks like what ever you are doing is working well!
hmm looks like a good idea guy's, out deer hunting today and i noticed we got like gangs of crows in our woods now, i bet they make good coyote bait XD
Very cool setup! I usually just use my .22 ruger out the window of the house and have gotten several but more than several have been smart haha :) It would appear you guys have got them tricked nice job
what shotgun you guys using? some of those shots looked like you would have needed a 10 gauge to hit? lmao nice fucking vid guys! ill be sure to sub :D
cool video we also hunt in wisconsin around the oshkosh area but mainly all around Opening day we had alot of crows come into are setup but would stay just out of range than would go land up in a tree about 100 yards away. We were very hidden so that wasent a problem. If u have any hints there needed thanks.
looks like a good time, you guys would get them in lower and closer if you backed off on the ecaller and did some soft mouth calling as well just trying to help
@fidiusjwhoopie check out the vid called "black in back" you see what I mean, they aren't calling much, no ecaller, birds coming in low and not on high alert like they are when they hear "crow fight" on ecaller they put a serious smackdown on them, you could too with some adjustments to your program
Please inform me as to what loads you are shooting. Gauge? Length of shell? Dram? Brand? Shotsize? I wound a lot of birds and the take off long after I've shot. I need to change my setup.....you shooting full size chokes? modified? KICK ASS VID btw. I shot 5 tonight off of dekes in a manure field. wooohooo
crow hunting 2010 will be up in less than a month, going to be named crow commander 2010, hoping to get some better film angles and drop even more crows
I gotta say that was pretty dam good shooting. Great practise for duck and goose. What was the carcus looking thing down by the decoys? Great video guys.
I get crows in closer than that so all i got to do is lead them by a crows' bill well..barely a foot or less- and they fold like bombs...10 -15 yards so if i miss and i want to-a follow up shot has them still close enough for a nice charge of 7 1/2s...
snowblinds, camo outfits, decoys and crow call tapes......to a layman, that might seem a lot of effort for a bunch of lousy crows. they're a pest and a cunning animal, and i have no qualm about killing them. seriously, are they worth that kind of effort. turkey, duck, pheasant even grouse, those i understand. but crows? do they even taste good?
fair enough, i remember HANNIBAL LECTOR using one in his cooking, in the book "Hannibal". it had been eating juniper berries and he used the bird to flavour the stock he was making. so i will reserve judgement until i have had one myself.
It's always cute seeing the brainless PETA "animal rights" nutjobs fantasize about killing humans to save animals.
After all, it;s not like the crow hunters could have really good reasons for hunting crows, right? Naw! It's so much easier to be self-righteous and believe anyone who'd hunt animals is a mouth-breathing neanderthal.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
For one, fuck PETA, two, fuck you as well. I don't have an issue with hunting for meat. I have an issue for hunting for trophies or just because you feel like fucking killing something.
You don't even get why its fucking wrong. You think your argument is counter to a PETA fucktard when you don't fucking get what it FUCKING SAYS ABOUT THE FUCKING WHOLE HUMAN SPECIES TO KILL FOR WHATEVER BULLSHIT JUSTIFIED REASONS YOU CAN COME UP WITH. Meat and in self defense I understand.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
If that is the justification, then it should be legal to hunt humans. However we are more important then all other forms of life right? I mean no Crow has ever built a nuke. No other lifeform is as intelligent as important as us humans are. We can never be "pests" so therefor it is alright to justify our killing of "insert name here". I don't mind hunting, for meat, but for any other reason that doesn't involve meat, or self defense, hunting is murder. I might consider you a pest....
emperorvoid: Wow. You spout some really nasty misanthropic tripe, boast about how ignorant you are, then fantasize about killing me and consider me a pest?
Crows can't be taught to not kill endangered wildlife or wreck farms and crops. Humans CAN be taught.
Crows do not have the ability to develop a society like ours. Humans do. Humans that don't care or don't listen to rules are punished through rule of law.
Stop screaming "ZOMG UR A PEST I SHOULD BE ABLE TO HUNT YOU TOO!!!~!!"
You really don't know shit about Corvids or their social order. You can teach a Crow quite a lot. New Caldovian Crows are one of very few beings that make and use tools.
Einstein said that he doesn't know how ww3 will be fought but ww4 will be fought with sticks and stones. He also said our technology has far surpassed our humanity. Go ahead and try to teach humanity for the better. Too many fucktards like yourself will always justify death and destruction. As for the law fuck you and it.
Yes, crows are one of the few beings that make and use tools, but that doesn't invalidate my point at all.
I like how you quote Einstein on man's inhumanity to man, but then tell me "as for the law fuck you and it." Thanks for proving my points, emperorvoid!
My dad grows corn to feed his steers and the loss of crops due to crows and deer makes the cost per pound of meat go way up. What humans do be it good or bad has no place in this discussion, it's about keeping farmers in business and keeping food prices reasonable so get past it. Crows are not equal to humans just deal with it and crow populations if left unattended would decimate the song birds population and a quarter pounder would be $10 due to the price of meat.
Awesome video!! How do you guys get the crows to keep coming in? Whenever I crwo hunt, I shoot once and there isn't another one to be seen. How do you guys keep them coming in after you shoot? This is an awesome video!!
What about the people who slaughter the the animals to feed you? Are they sick killers as well? Did you notice they got a 5 gal. bucket to keep the birds? If they don't hunt some of them, the population would explode. Have you seen the effects of too many crow in one area? Ignorant one liners only make the one posting look stupid.
