actually it has been ruled that some roadblocks are permitted under the 4th Amendment. You may want to brush up on those rules if you are planning on contesting this stuff when confronted during one of these allowed stops. If you don't agree with them, the place to fight it is not against the common officer who is operating legally within the laws at these stops but within the courts.

"To arrest illegal immagrents" is not probable cause. If you are swerving all over the road and a police officer sees you he has probable cause to stop you for DWI. Probable cause is what must happen BEFORE one is stopped, searched, asked questions and/or arrested. You need to spend some time learning and then standing up for your quickly-eroding rights.

Another idea would be to choke it to a complete stand still using people on pedal bikes lined up as far back as possible with no vehicles able to pass because the bicyclists just keep letting each other cut back into line once they get through going one way and then head back the other way.
I think a better way to protest or fight this one particular checkpoint would be to post signs or park cars as portable billboards on the side of road on both sides of this checkpoint way back up the road where people can be warned about it and use an alternate road to avoid it altogether. So hopefully the total number of vehicles going through it gets so low that it's no longer economically viable for them to have this checkpoint at all.
Parasome...being humiliated or demoralized is an impossibility....now being tased and beaten on the other hand is possible but will only weaken them not us!

actually it has been ruled that some roadblocks are permitted under the 4th Amendment. You may want to brush up on those rules if you are planning on contesting this stuff when confronted during one of these allowed stops. If you don't agree with them, the place to fight it is not against the common officer who is operating legally within the laws at these stops but within the courts.

"To arrest illegal immagrents" is not probable cause. If you are swerving all over the road and a police officer sees you he has probable cause to stop you for DWI. Probable cause is what must happen BEFORE one is stopped, searched, asked questions and/or arrested. You need to spend some time learning and then standing up for your quickly-eroding rights.

Another idea would be to choke it to a complete stand still using people on pedal bikes lined up as far back as possible with no vehicles able to pass because the bicyclists just keep letting each other cut back into line once they get through going one way and then head back the other way.

I think a better way to protest or fight this one particular checkpoint would be to post signs or park cars as portable billboards on the side of road on both sides of this checkpoint way back up the road where people can be warned about it and use an alternate road to avoid it altogether. So hopefully the total number of vehicles going through it gets so low that it's no longer economically viable for them to have this checkpoint at all.
