  • Interesting clip of biomechanical analysis. This motion corresponds to "kata" or form Empi, of shotokan style. This clip allow us to observe that the line of gravity keep its position, therefore, the jump is upward, and not forward, so, here we can see the correct technique. Other important point of analysis could be the moment just before the jump, because left foot should be possitioned with a knee flexion meanwhile the other contributes the momentum.
