Actually, believe it or not, this wasn't choreographed at all.

They were actually going to do a dance number from an old play, but before the video started, they both got into a really intense argument and just started fighting each other. Then they heard everyone cheering and decided to go along with it.

I can see why they didn't get a perfect score. between :42 :43 and other places the attacks weren't realistic fighting. A martial artist of their degree wouldn't be so repetitious first and the jab at the mat was executed after the guy in white was almost done with the back roll.
