Pretty good all in all. Very pixely but during the ditching it was much clearer. One observation though, I think he actually brought it down with the nose up significantly higher. By doing so he kept the engines from acting like giant scoops in the water and ripping the wings off (destroying the aircraft into chunks) while the plane was still moving at a higher rate of speed. By dropping the empanage in he slowed her down a little before letting the engines hit. Outstanding ditching.
I think he may have ditched it with slighter lower descent rate to prevent massive structural damage to the airframe, however the engines of modern jetliners are designed to be weak (to an extent) so that they will rip off during a ditching. In doing so, they create a much smoother hull to increase chances of a successful ditching and also remove massive weight from the aircraft to allow it to stay afloat that little bit longer.
