These don't sound like "alternate lyrics", it sounds like song evolution.

Many times singers will spout nonesense into their mics during studio jams -- or in this case finished music -- looking for something to stick: melody, a vibe, etc.

In my case: Definately not. "Elvis Presley and America" defends its place on UF. A real classic song that fits with the spirituality and emotions of the songs on album in my opinion. Love comes tumbling and The Three sunrises are great on the Wide awake Mini -LP.

This is still freaking amazing! U2 are just God's of music. Best band in history, only the great classical masters of the older centuries match their talent.

But this version ........ it's almost as if you've played parts of the track and sampled the reverse bits and stiched them together, and tried making words out of them. My advice is - don't do this often - it can mess up your head.
