@JJlovesLS Any of the transitions you have in Pinnacle Studio can also be placed on your titles too. Simply just drag and drop your transition to the title on the title track and place it at the beginning or the end of the title. It is that easy.

The Video Toolbox will open and under standard effects you will see an effect called Speed. Select Speed and Choose Okay and the effect is applied. Studio Ultimate has 2 dedicated video tracks and one title Track. But you can create more depending on your use of Montage Templates & the New Motion Titler. @AnthonyMartorina Oh ok thanks. I was looking for more video tracks for multi camera editing, so once all 3 or 4 cameras are layed out in different layers with same timing adjusted, what i have to do is switch it when necessary. Its not possible with montage. Thanks anyway ;)

If you are finding yourself struggling with Vegas Video...I recommend you take a look at Studio. If you find Vegas easy to use and are creating great videos, then there is no reason to change.

Then apply the slow mo effect to each new segment...each time going slower and slower this will ramp the video clip slower and slower.
First you need to bring something into the timeline. once something is there then the effects will be able to be selected for the particular item that is selected on the timeline. You might have 10 pictures on the timeline. Choose the first picture and then use the effects on it and then choose the second pic and all the effects should be available for that pic and or video. Moving along to each picture or video and editing each once as you go along. Hope this makes some sense.
Which version did you buy? Ultimate? If you have the Ultimate then there are alot of effects available. If you have greyed out effects then you only have the standard version of studio. Something does not sound right because with the price you paid you should have the top version of Studio. Did you try reloading the software? If none of this helps then I recommend that you contact Customer Support at Pinnacle.

How are you doing? Pinnacle Studio 12 has a great new feature called Montage which will make you look like you are an animator. You can create several layers of flying video and photos...there are 81 templates that come standard with the program. More can be purchased from the Pinnacle Website.
The Contest to Las Vegas is over but the video is fun because it was cut using Pinnacle Studio 12 using the new Montage feature that comes with the program.
Slow-Motion does exist in Studio Plus it is located under the plug-in effects under Standard Effects and is called Speed. You will not be able to use key frames to have a ramped slo-mo but you can create the effect if you use the razor blade tool. Use the Razor Blade Tool to cut your clip into several sections for speed change and then apply the Speed Effect to each cut clipped...this will be a way to ramp down your slow motion effects on your video. I hope this helps with your effect.

There are two CD's for ultimate, one says plug ins and the other Pinnacle. You have to install the plug in CD to get the top version.
