sorry but two 4ohm subs can only go 4 or 1ohm. you need two 2ohm subs to go 2 but it would power them perfectly if you had two 2 ohm's check out hifonics amps there stable @ 1ohm and then you could run the two together

hi, i have a question about my system i have in my 2000 f150, i am still pretty new to doing car audio and was wondering if you could help me out. right now i have a mono Rockford Fosgate PRIME R500-1 amp that pushs 320x1 4ohm, and 510x1 2ohm, powering a single Pioneer Shallow-Mount TS-SW301 which is 4ohm 250 rms, and was wondering if i got another Sub the same if i was able to run them parallel and take them down to 2ohms and if the amp would power it well enough?
