I agree that there never ever under no circumstances whatsoever should be any negotiations with hostage takers except maybe for the purpose of stalling,buying time for swat teams or military special forces or whatever to get into place for an assault with deadly force.The sole reason for this keeping going on with the pirates and shit is that people usually do pay the randsom.
