No, actually the BMW driver wanted to give way. But because he is being a Singaporean driver, he couldn't really calculate his distance with the motorcyclist infront. So in order, he had to go up infront more. Singaporean drivers, they have no skills in driving or racing.

The car is not at fault. It's the motorist beside that car who refuses to give way, thus the car wasn't able to go let to give way. And cameras do not capture the driver or rider's faces, but it can catch your vehicle number plates ^^

To ylen13: but for most countries, you ARE expected to give way to any emergency vehicle whether if it is the police , firefighters or EMS.

@ylen13 There are life to be save out there. The motorist ought to give way for any emergency vehicle. The Camera isnt useless at all, the license plate will be recorded and be sent to the police. Inconsiderate ppl like you shld experience life threatening situation.

Unless a police officer witness the violation and pulls over the driver he/she can't issue the ticket as the register owner(s) are not responsible for the action of the driver. Not only that but register owner(s) are not required to id the driver.
