It's hand-drawn. Scanned. Animated and coloured in Adobe Flash. Effects and extras added in Adobe After Effects. Edited in Final Cut. Music for most of our productions is done in Pro Tools.

Heh, I saw one of those lightboardy things at uni today. Do you have to retrace the ink in flash in order to colour it in or do you just use the trace bitmap thing.
