hey dude u r really great...u got great accent and style..i often used to try ur recipes..it have turn really good.. y don u show ur face atleast once..
wow and amazing !!!!!!! ena solrathu ne therila......u have got an amazing voice and an amazing attitude !!!!!!!!!!! u r too casual and very lively....
ungha wife khu prechanaye ila.....as a girl i have to give it to u for the effort u r putting into this....(esp when girls r reluctant getting into kitchen these days)
First of all as a girl i should appreciate u r recipe.
Just for u r information i am saying this. U told that turmeric powder has been added simply. Its not really like that. Turmeric powder has got really good medical values. Moreover it preserves the food for longer time from spoiling.
Thanks for cooking this from start to finish. I'm gonna try your recipe because I looked up biryani on the Web and found that every recipe was different I was so confused. At least I know how it should look like with your video ;)
I tried it and it came well, thanks for your time.
I also tried adding some unsweetened coconut milk with the masala in the last but no rajma. And it too tasted good with a different aroma and great taste. May be in that case many won't prefer to call it biryani :) You can call brinji or something with the same recipe.
My god, this is so good. THANK YOU! Two questions... What is Garam Byriani? Is it the same as Garam masala? I was also wondering if I skip that step on the microwave, can we put it in the oven instead?
To avoid breaking the rice, don't stir it when it's boiling. And just drain using a colander and return drained rice to cooking pot/vessel. Avoid stirring at any point. (I used to do the same and my mom gave me this tip.)
is it basmati rice????i love mushroom rice..even tomato rice..but i usually cook it in pressure coker mushroom rice comes out well but and had troule with tomato rice getting over cooked...
well, the wannabe cook taught me something new, so it should all be worth it for him. thanks dude i really appreciate you taking your time to do this for us

whatever ur name,
first of all, u r soo entertaining man.. u made us watch the entire vedio not for the receipe but for the way u described..
i watched the vedio with mom,, and mom really liked the way u forgot things in between,, it was truly lively ...
i tried to try another vedio of a professional chef cooks,, but she refused and watched yours..
soo mom is just trying ..
lets see if the aroma invites some unwanted guests :)
cheers

The vegetable which you are cooking looks like the same used for Masala Dosai stuffing.
Sorry to say, this is not the way vegetable briyani is prepared.
If your need the Real Madras Nawab briyani, you can get it only from HOUSE OF BRIYANI...
Anybody need any sample (Free), write to me,
Thanks

Dude, good to see a biryani receipe in youtube. Do you know how to cook rice without breaking it? Kolanchu pogama eppadi seiyarathu?
