Also, scripture points to instances when life is said to begin upon the first breath, or even only after a month of being alive. There is scripture that speaks of the consequences of harming a mother to be as well. If the unborn dies, a fine is to be paid if the father demands it. And some African American people aren't really citizens because at one time the law stated as such. And Jews can't own property, because at one time there were laws for that too.
