I think that you are being closed-minded (and offensive). A person who is attracted to the same sex is differentiated from any heterosexual person by that fact... but also by countless others. Meaning, a gay person could have any combination or set of personality traits. Not many people automatically assume or can "tell" that I am attracted to the same sex, but I don't think that I act very masculine or "normal". So, you're being pretty simple on the point that you're trying to make.
