An OUTSTANDING speech given by a well known man. I wish I could've been there to hear it in person. This speech is inspiring and moving. Despite all enemy actions upon coalition U.S. forces, if the enemy is wounded and no longer a threat or harm they are no longer considered combatants. That is why "WE ARE AMERICANS!!!"
