Dial Directions is a great service, and now it's even better since it works in conjunction with our free directory assistance number, 1-800-FREE411. You can call us for business, gov't, or residential listings, and at the end of the call you can choose to get the directions texted to you via Dial Directions.
This is still in beta and obviously needs some work. I tried it and it found the intersection that I gave and then it said it had an internal error and hung up. I think I'll stick with my tomtom and not recommend this to anyone.....at least for now. It's a great concept if they work out the bugs and you don't have a gps unit available.
its called a GPS. and i can imagine the usal crap you get with voice reconition computer operators "sorry i didnt understand" "McDonalds!!!!!" "did you say McDillion" "NO!!!!!!!!!" *hangs up*
I have TeleNav© on my Boost Mobile® Motorola i855e. If I use it, $1.50 for 24 hours, or 4 trips for $5.00 dollars.
It was $4.99 to download to my phone.
I don't pay $9.99 a month like those who have TeleNav© on their Verizon,Sprint or AT&T contract phones.
No contract phones are so much better then contract phones.

is it a long distance call? 347 seems like it would be... unless you were in the 347 area.

All you have to do is get Verizon cellphone service and sign up for Verizon Navigator. I've used it and it works really well.
