Please find the original PRESERVED bible in HEBREW and find translation directly from it, then you know what the truth is. Current pre-translated bible has meanings that is far deviated from the original meaning. That maybe caused by translation over translation or some human intervention.

The Trinity makes perfect sense. It's 3 instances of 1. Like the Sun - matter, heat and light. Or 3 states of water - liquid, gas and ice. It's not really hard to grasp.
@SmokiSounds yes I have. Yes, they exist in a three different states of matter. However, their constituents remain the same, that is 2 hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom forming H2O. Lets take a look at the trinity now. God and holy spirit, they, I assume consist of the same constituent, but what about Jesus? I do not think so. He was made in flesh and bones. This is really great insight. The more and more I study Islam and the Quran I am seeing quite a mesh with the Quran, the Bible, The Apocrypha and the Gospel of Thomas (which is pretty astounding). The true Christian Church is the Roman Catholic Church. The Catholic Church doesn't rely on Sacred Scripture, alone. Scripture can be interpreted many different ways, as you already pointed out. The Church also relies on Tradition. It's a mixture of both, scripture and tradition.

They all made huge scientific discoveries thousands of years ago. Modern scientists, anthropoligists and historians are finding out that what we modern folk think of as recent discoveries, are actualy re-discoveries.
What empire came after Rome: the Arab Empire. It's no surprise the Arabs followed in their footsteps.

@MrBOXA01 The Roman Catholic Church uses only one Bible. Catholicism is a composite of scripture and *tradition*. We have the writings of the Apostolic and Church Fathers which help us decipher what it was that the original Apostles of Christ believed. If the faith was based off of scripture alone, it wouldn't be sufficient, for scripture can be interpreted many different ways. Which is why there are so many different Bibles. People have broken from the Apostolic faith, and started their own.

Catholics also believes children are innocent. In the Catholic Church, children are not permitted to to recieve the Our Lord inthe Eucharist until they have reached the age of reason, which is about 7-10 y/o. But, before their First Communion, they are required to make a sacramental confession. I like to think of sacramental confession as the "Catholic shahada", over and over again.

Matter is one thing. Yet, matter can be three: liquid, solid or gas. Is liquid the partner of gas? Or solid the partner of liquid? No. It is the same thing: it is matter, but under a different form. Each being unique.
If you come to a Christian who believes that the Trinity means "partners", they are heretical or ignorant. That is not Christianity.

Speaking from the Roman Catholic Church: there is only *one* God. We believe in one God. No matter how much Muslims try to prove this is false, they will never suceed, because we do only believe in *one* God. Doesn't the Quran say that Christianity is monotheism in 5:69? What's the problem?
@TenderTrap86 Well when worshipping Son is not the same as worshipping holy spirit and worshipping the father is not the same as the son, they are all distinct having no connection whatsoever i.e independant of each other. They cannot be one. Also, if Jesus is God than God sent himself and got himself murdered himself since he loved himself? How is Jesus the "only begotten "son of God? Did God have sex with a women?

I don't know what Muslims you have been talking to but i can undoubtedly tell you that we Muslims do NOT believe God is unfathomable. Allah says he is ONE and there is NO other God (s) beside him. Allah says he is unique and NOTHING like the creation. However it is the Christians that have been heavily corrupted and made the idea of the so called 'trinity'. Please find the original PRESERVED bible in HEBREW and find translation directly from it, then you know what the truth is. Current pre-translated bible has meanings that is far deviated from the original meaning. That maybe caused by translation over translation or some human intervention.

@SmokiSounds yes I have. Yes, they exist in a three different states of matter. However, their constituents remain the same, that is 2 hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom forming H2O. Lets take a look at the trinity now. God and holy spirit, they, I assume consist of the same constituent, but what about Jesus? I do not think so. He was made in flesh and bones. So, the concept is not really clear. Then again that is my understanding.

Yes, Jesus was 100% human and 100% divine. Impossible? Well... If we're talking about God, who's omnipotent, surely there's nothing "impossible" there. But I do see where your confusion lays. "Same constituent" - that doesn't apply to a [super]natural concept.

This is really great insight. The more and more I study Islam and the Quran I am seeing quite a mesh with the Quran, the Bible, The Apocrypha and the Gospel of Thomas (which is pretty astounding). The one thing the Christian and Islamic faiths have in common is that there is ONLY One God. But by which name you call Him, that is different. But even in those names...there are similarities.

The word TRINITY is a concept. It doesn't neeed 2 b in the Bible. The word BIBLE isn't in the Bible so Mr Estes point isn't relevant. ISAIAH 9:6-7 4tells the coming of Jesus. READ WHAT IT SAYS!
ISAIAH 63:7-10 mentions God the Holy Spirit.

Point 2, In Matthew 1:1 God is dictating to you the geneology or generation book of Jesus Christ and He (God Almight) is tacking out Himself from that list and saying that the Jesus is the son of David.

The true Christian Church is the Roman Catholic Church. The Catholic Church doesn't rely on Sacred Scripture, alone. Scripture can be interpreted many different ways, as you already pointed out. The Church also relies on Tradition. It's a mixture of both, scripture and tradition.

Also, remember the Catholic Church is the only faith that actually takes Christ at His *literal* word. No semantics.
Another thing to remember is that unlike Islam, Christianity is a great mystery, the same way sex is a mystery: it has the power to breed thoughts.

The Big Bang as we know it today isn't the first "big bang" theory ever proposed. Likewise, Darwinian evolution isn't the first "evolutionist" theory ever proposed. The ancient Greeks believed in something similiar.
And, how do you know the Big Bang is even true? All it can ever be is speculation. Science is observable, testable, repeatable and applicable. All the Big Bang will ever be, at most, is just an assumption.

They all made huge scientific discoveries thousands of years ago. Modern scientists, anthropoligists and historians are finding out that what we modern folk think of as recent discoveries, are actualy re-discoveries.
What empire came after Rome: the Arab Empire. It's no surprise the Arabs followed in their footsteps.

@MrBOXA01 Christians are not *explicitly* born Christians. Christians are baptized, then they become Christians explicitly. Everyone of them. Much the same way Muslims look at reversion. The Catholic Church believes that everybody in the world is implictly Christian; that the grace of God does not fail them just because they are not explicitly part of His Church. This is what is known as Natural Law; that everybody knows the God's divine laws and precepts, intrinsically; "a priori' knowledge.

@MrBOXA01 The Roman Catholic Church uses only one Bible. Catholicism is a composite of scripture and *tradition*. We have the writings of the Apostolic and Church Fathers which help us decipher what it was that the original Apostles of Christ believed. If the faith was based off of scripture alone, it wouldn't be sufficient, for scripture can be interpreted many different ways. Which is why there are so many different Bibles. People have broken from the Apostolic faith, and started their own.

Catholics also believes children are innocent. In the Catholic Church, children are not permitted to to recieve the Our Lord inthe Eucharist until they have reached the age of reason, which is about 7-10 y/o. But, before their First Communion, they are required to make a sacramental confession. I like to think of sacramental confession as the "Catholic shahada", over and over again.

@MrBOXA01 Yeah, It's funny. During the Protestant Reformation, there were really only three Protestant sects that broke off from the Catholic Church. From then to now, they have multiplied, exponentially, to, literally, over 30,000 sects, and each one believes something different from the next. They have different versions of the Bible and interpret it to their own satisfaction, not God's.
The Catholic Church, however, remains firm in the Apostolic faith; upheld for almost 2,000 years.

I already told you that Roman Catholicism doesn't believe that the Bible alone is the source of truth. Many people can interpret the Bible in many different ways.

I don't know what Muslims you have been talking to but i can undoubtedly tell you that we Muslims do NOT believe God is unfathomable. Allah says he is ONE and there is NO other God (s) beside him. Allah says he is unique and NOTHING like the creation. However it is the Christians that have been heavily corrupted and made the idea of the so called 'trinity'. It is clearly mentioned in Mark 12:29 "Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord."

@TenderTrap86 It is the CHRISTIANS that have corrupted themselves & have made their own concept of God. God clearly says he is ONE. Is that too difficult to understand ? Now lets see the trinity if it makes any sense.. Christians say God is 3 in 1 however he is still One, they say the son (Jesus) (also God according to Christians)
came down to this earth as a man, and he ate/slept/went to the toilet, however he is still God aswell.
