reminds me when once on the 360 i tried expert one guy was a tker but it was fun. one time he kill Francis (a player) and disappeared from the HUD and he never respawned. he went in spectator mode we knew because when we went back to the lobby a hour or 2 later he was still there.

It's a glitch. You can see at some points that he looks like he is banging on a closet wall. Because you can't spawn in a closet after you die in versus mode, you are supposed to stay in spectator mode. This however was just a glitch in the game and it all depends on when in the game he died, where he died, and how he died. This causes the game to spaz out in a sense and glitch.
