I would like say, that I am 22, and have been involved with TEAM for just over two months, graduated top of my class in high school, and have a degree in math and physics. With that said, I have learned more in two months than I have in the last 10 years. There are deeper things to be gained from TEAM than money, in ways, it's a bonus. The purpose of the first video was to show orrin saying that quixtar offers "world class products at world class prices". In '07 he was one of the plaintiffs against quixtar claiming it was a pyramid since the products are too expensive and can't be sold to an end consumer except for reps. You don't need to be at the top to profit from the tools, they tell you that as you get started. It appears you've missed the point. There is nothing wrong with profiting from the tools, as long as it's not the main source of income and as long as you're upfront about it. Most quixtar diamonds earned %60 to %95 of their income from the tools while telling everyone how great the quixtar biz is. At the same time they promised failure if one chose to opt out of the tools. Orrin could care less about the company he's with and the products it carries, as long as he can sell the tools.

As for Orrin's income, I would like to see your sources, instead of just presuming that he gets all the money. Team is a non-profit organization, and Orrin is not the CEO. He doesn't decide where the money goes or who gets it. Team leaders who do the work decide for themselves how much they get based on their efforts and results. You should do more research before jumping to conclusions.
