can you please make a video on wether repressing anger is a good or bad thing because i am stuck in the middle between an two parents and i am just so angry at myself for making them argue. I put on a brave face and deal with it they think that i am fine. Is it good to keep yout feelings inside if the only way to express them is to lash out and self harm? thanks alot xxxx

Completely agree with the "What's that on your arm" comment. In my school, you have to take off hoodies and cardigans so I'm always in my T Shirt, so it's hard not for people to see my scars and cuts, but it's so damn annoying when people do ask when they actually already know what it is. I tell them it's none of their business or I don't like to talk about it which ends the conversation.

Some people just like seeing you suffer, we just have to rise above it :)

You're in absolutely no position to sit there saying what self harm is and isn't when you clearly have no understanding of it at all.

I encourage people to stop, my whole channel is dedicated to helping people but even when and if you do stop, the scars remain.

I'm really inspired by you. I love that you post these videos on here, and that you talk about your self harm. It's very heart warming. It also makes me want to talk about the issues I've had with self harm and depression. I've always wanted too, because I always felt that I could help someone by talking about this stuff, and what I do to cope but I've always been scared and ashamed. After watching your videos, I feel less ashamed and you make me want to help people too.

To be honest i plan on showing my scars this summer at camp mine are very very bad like i should of had stitches bad but I don't care I know people will always look at me funny and if they say "what's that" I will just say "a scar what does it look like!" and smile :)

So I just try and suck it up and deal with it in a healthy way (making art, exercising, talking to friends) I won't let some jerks be a reason to harm myself, they aren't worth it. today one of my 'best friends' that knows about my self harm actually came up to me, rolled up my sleeves and went 'oh dear naomi, your still doing it? it makes you look like a messed up little emo' i didnt know what to say so i just rolled my sleeves back down and shrunk into a little ball.

But i know now that i shouldnt care what she or anyone else thinks, they arent going through what i am going through so stuff them!

awesome video yeah i was bullied a lot for having scars i was told to cut deeper...it was so depressing but now they dont bother me anymore because my scars tell my story and i am not going to let people get to me anymore about them my scars are there for a reason and i'm not ashamed about them anymore i hope a lot of people get encouraged by this video <3
