easy. hook it up to a computer with music using a USB. then open up your computer file and there should be a PSP file. open it. if there isn't a music file on it, make one using capital letters. open up the folder with music and drag it into the music folder. unplug ur USB and close every thing. now check to see if there is music on our PSP. if there isn't, you didnt follow the intructions correctly.
