  • This is such an interesting and very informative video !! :) How long did it take for you to finally heal your leaky gut ?

  • @khall091 it took 3 months to get it all the way clean, but after 5 weeks i saw dramatic results. hope this helps!

  • good info + hot girl.. cant complain :)

  • I have that book too :-)

  • I have a suggestion regarding the fatty acid oils: drop the fish oils (which contain toxic mercury that may accumulate in your brain and liver) and instead get algae oils. The important ingredients are DHA and EPA. These are produced by ocean algae naturally and fish eat the algae. Fish do not produce DHA and EPA. I suggest getting liquid oils rather than capsules - they are often fresher. Store in fridge. I buy Udo's Oil DHA at Whole Foods (500 ml, around $35).

  • Also very good to do the McCombs plan. It takes a while but will cleanse the candida fully. Candida is such an epidemic

  • Yogurt is great but milk kefir is 100times better, it has much stronger bacteria

...also, what does the apple cider vinegar do?

  • Very informative, and Thank you for posting.

  • What a gorgeous example of womanhood you are. Warm, friendly, giving, nurturing. Just what the doctor ordered :)

You deliver this material empathetically and persuasively; well done. I read a similar book by a Dr here in Ireland 'Hard to Stomach'; a revelation for immune system and skin issues.

Best wishes and you should have millions of viewers; you EXUDE joie de vivre :)

    A new male fan! :-D

  • allergies can happen for many different kinds of reasons, one being eating a particular food too often. Depending upon what your symptoms are like when experiencing your gluten intolerance, I would suggest staying on the candida diet for about a month, so your body has time to detoxify itself, then try eating a gluten product once every 7-10 days only and see how you feel. i would also suggest eating Organic Sprouted Grain bread (like Ezekiel) and see if your symptoms are the same.

  • Did you develop any food allergies or sensitivity's when you had candida/leaky gut? Also, how long did it take you to recover? I've been on the anti candida diet in the hopes that it will cure my gluten intolerance. I'm just not sure how to tell if its working! I've been on a anti candida diet for 3 weeks.

  • thanks! if you want to eat fruits that are less acidic eat berries, peaches, grapefruit, lemons and limes. you are on the right path (having eczema) with cleaning out the yeast/gut, for skin disorders are largely due to the overgrowth of yeast. thanks for watching my video. you might also consider getting a colonic. take care. :)

  • Great video! You explain it in such an easy to understand way and give great diet tips. Im trying to fix my gut as I have eczema and am trying to get to the root cause. You mentioned that fruits are considered acidic...i would have never thought to restrict fruit as it is so natural. Is it all fruits or are there certain good ones? Kepp up the great work

  • glad you liked the video! more to come. :)

  • Great video! Thanks for sharing this info. :)

  • thanks! :)

  • Love your tatts ;)
