Yeah, but Title 42, Chapter 21, so-called "civil rights" act also says that U.S. Citizens will be subject to punishment, pains, penalties, taxes, licenses, and exactions of every kind; the whole affair was a trick to get people to trade unalienable rights for privileges. Unfortunately, we've been cooperating with the deception voluntarily ever since. Check out my vids, Are You in Jail by Your Own Consent; also, U.S. Citizens and the NWO. peace, Ven, Musicians 4 Freedom.
The 14th Amendment original intent of the (14th) to the US & without question is misinterpreted to give citizenship to babies born in the US of illegals. These babies, via birthright citizenship, act as anchor babies & can, upon reaching age of majority, facilitate bringing extended family into the US in order to obtain citizenship. A Constitutional amendment would be necessary to remedy the misinterpretation & action is urgently needed to stop this abuse of R country by these leaches.
The concern w/ illegal immigration is legit, but disproportionate. Certainly, the advocacy for scrapping the 14th Amendment outright is misguided - the harm this would cause ECLIPSES the good.
Americans concerned about attacks on their sovereignty, the devaluation of labor, and the inability to pay for social-infrastructure investment would be BETTER served looking elsewhere - there are WAY bigger fish to fry on those counts.
Isn't it great? Some illegal broad sneaks across the border, two miles later she drops a kid out from between her legs, Instant citizen ... Isn't America Great?
Welfare , foodstamps for the next 18 yrs . Instead of saving for my own children college, I support some Mexican illegals kid. Isn't America Great
We the People are the unorganized militia from which the organized militia is formed, but together we are the well regulated militia, under the laws and regulations of the state and union.
The supreme court has ruled that the 50 states are countries with respect to each other but under the 14th amendment system you are participating in rebellion against your de jure country when you vote, through contract as well and that is why you have to pay IRS and so forth.. and are responsible for the national debt. watch all 6 vids for more info please watch watch?v=G1B33IvnJ4M&feature=ch annel_page
Well the Supreme Court just used this 14th amendment trick to nationalize (Federalize) gun rights... The used us blacks to get the to this point where we are at now... What a hell of trick!!! We are screwed...
state of Georgia trying to ban handguns as early as 1803, and it was declared "unconstitutional".
The State of Georgia likley had a protectio of gun rights in their constitution. The Bill of Rights didn't begin to apply to the states until after the 14th amendment.
The 2nd amendment still to this day does not apply to the states
The constitution protects the people and is a check on DC. Not the other way around the states created DC. If you don't believe or know this then you have a lot to learn. Amendment 2 with the whole Bill of rights applies only to the states. We are not slaves to human masters in washington. We have our rights and we stand by them. The states and DC are two separate entities. One foreign (dc) one domestic (states) only 18 powers are delegated to DC. This is how free societies function.
The federal government is not supreme over state government. Only over what has been delegated unto it. Therefore, while the preservation of our right to own and to bear arms lies highest with the feds under the 2nd Amendment, the States still have sovreignty under the 9th & 10th to limit and even prohibit certain types of firearms outside and beyond the intent of the 2nd Amendment.
While it was a mere 6 years ago when freedom itself was attacked for perhaps the second most significant time in American history, let us therefore not forget perhaps the first most 66 years ago on 12-07-41. Wherefore, just as the weightier preponderance of evidence would most conclusively seem to suggest that Sept. 11th was an "inside job", so too does it also that Dec. 7th was as well. Therefore, it would seem that they both were and are two dates "designed" to live in infamy.
The 14th Amendment was never Constitutionally ratified, as democratic assemblies of Southern states were dismissed by the radical occupation government upon their non-ratification. New ones were appointed nondemocratically.
"Law and order" weren't restored by the occupiers, but suspended. Conquered lands were then annexed. The outrage by Republicans over mistreatment of freedmen was never greater than their greed, as the Grant administration proved.

There you have it, the ONLY way to protect ourselves from slavery is with the RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS.
When the blacks had guns, they could no longer be enslaved.
This fight to end slavery helped protect ALL of us. We should not so easily part with these hard-won rights.

This is polemics.
