Please learn the proper terms - you are not talking about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. You are talking about fatigue. Or frequent fatigue. The titles of your videos are misleading & totally add to the misunderstanding of what CFS is. Seriously, I feel like you need to google this term.

But your advice for frequent fatigue is good. I'm just frustrated that you have a medical degree and are mislabeling this in such a drastic way. It's like posting a swine flu cure vid that says just pop a C.
