Taxi Driver was a knob for being on the phone and shifting into your lane but you could have avoided it. In all fairness you should know that particular road like the back of your hand, which means you should know cars shift in and out of lanes there all day long. You were in his blind spot approaching the bend. Technically you undertook a car. Prevention is the key really, its easy to blame others, I always like to look at myself and think what I should have done differently. Ride safe!
I've had a guy in a land rover talkin on his cellphone try and to the same thing to me. But it was in broad daylight, not a cloud in the sky. I honked looked right at him and waved, and then he just kept moving into the lane. As if I would evaporate and all his troubles would be gone. Kinda wanted to do this:

someone complained unduly about the riding of a friend of mine and the police turned up at his house the next morning. I hope they act with the same urgency with this guy. That bit under the bridge is always scary.

Shoot him next time.... I would if I had a gun... then again.. if I had a gun... I'd be classified as a massmurderer for killing motorists who don't pay attention to the road, but rather to their radio's, gps, phones, friends sitting next to them, their appearance, and the best one; watching a movie.
Even more so because just recently I got hit by a car, totaling my bike, because he "didn't see me" whilst being on the phone.

I agree in with you in as far as dobbing someone in is not an action you would want to find yourself doing but what's the solution to getting these fucknuckles off the road or at the very least paying attention to driving and what's going on around them? It might not seem serious on this occasion but I bet this is not the first time for the cabbie, or the last.

Taxi Driver was a knob for being on the phone and shifting into your lane but you could have avoided it. In all fairness you should know that particular road like the back of your hand, which means you should know cars shift in and out of lanes there all day long. You were in his blind spot approaching the bend. Technically you undertook a car. Prevention is the key really, its easy to blame others, I always like to look at myself and think what I should have done differently. Ride safe!

I've had a guy in a land rover talkin on his cellphone try and to the same thing to me. But it was in broad daylight, not a cloud in the sky. I honked looked right at him and waved, and then he just kept moving into the lane. As if I would evaporate and all his troubles would be gone. Kinda wanted to do this:
