  • Sorry, it was Breaking up is a Heartache :P

  • Same solo intro part as in Quiet Riot's trouble. He did this with a couple of songs. Awesome!!!

  • great song, and I'm here because of Ray.

  • @yellow0leaves Me too! Have to trust in what Ray says!

  • Randy Rhoads study classical guitar... an his solos show it so mch of his shredding sounds very classical, he is the reason i play guitar and study classical music in college, shit he's the reason i got into classical music... long live Randy's soul through his music

  • I don´t know how "No Bone Movies" made it to the final cut of Blizzard and this one didn´t.

  • cool that people still find it new. makes it new to me too. YOU LOOKIN AT ME....

  • I only have one thing to say . . .

    Legendary work !

  • @pizzacrime I agree with you. This song has a catchy melody and an awesome solo, if Ozzy were to put this song out and a video to promote his upcoming box set it would go straight to number 1 on the charts. This song is awesome! I can't believe it has not been released as a single, Sharon Osbourne is an awesome business manager and she should really consider releasing this song as a single to promote Ozzy's box set.

  • Blizzard of Oz and Dairy of a Madman are in my eyes the two greatest hard rock/ metal albums of all time, hands down! The greatest axeman makes everything sound better. The world is so much poorer for losing Rhandy, so all we can do is praise and enjoy him. P.S. no one can cover a Rhodes tune, only pay homage to it.

  • I heard this song in the late 90's on the radio, and thought, "wow, ozzy still sounds fresh, and what an awesome Randy Rhodes impersonation his new guitarist does!" Its still one of my favorite ozzy songs!

  • Guys we should actually make a petition to get this to No.1, if Ratm got there last year so can Ozz and Randy Everyone !

  • @pizzacrime Your comment reminds me EXACTLY how I flipped out when I first heard this song and when I heard "You said it all". And if you think this song is a break through, then just wait until you see the Thirty years after Blizzard stuff. lol. I can't wait. I'm ordering mine today.

  • @pizzacrime I probably feel as good to read your comment as you did to hear the song. @MrEar67 also. God bless Randy Rhoads!!

  • this is utterly superb!!! thank you, thank you, thank you!!

  • o-o-o-o-h my god!!!!!!! i NEVER heard this before right now!!! i've been a RR fan since i first heard him in 1980,,,saw the blzzard tour 8-11-81,i can't belive for 3 decades, i never heard this!!! GOD-BLESS who ever posted this!!! THANK YOU!!!! EAR

  • oooooooooooooooooooozzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!

  • definately sounds like Quiet Riot,, doesnt stand up to the other music they put out. Can t wait to buy the cs & dvd 05/31

  • Where is the "I fucking Love it" button?

  • randy was only like 26, if he had lived to today, just imagine the talent

  • This was the B side version on "Crazy Train" The cleanest one of all...

  • haven't heard this for awhile

  • Replacing Lee Kerslake and Bob Daisley with Rob Trujillo and Mike Bordin... what a shame! Nobody has the right to destroy Randy´s work and that includes you, Ozzy & Sharon. That band (Ozzy, Randy, Kerslake & Daisley) was one of the best rock bands ever. Trujillo belongs to Suicidal Tendencies, not Blizzard of Ozz. Ozzy fans, DON´T BUY Blizzard and Diary without Lee and Bob! This is the least we can do! By the way, fuck you, Sharon!

  • @lili242010 You may hate Sharon but if it wasn't for her their's a 90% chance Ozzy would have died long ago.

  • @scottbuster2000 I just finished reading "I Am Ozzy". Without Sharon in his life, 100% chance he would have died long ago. He drank an unbelievable amount of booze and did TONS of drugs every waking moment of his life. Emergency room visits, stomach pumped, blackouts, comas, setting his house on fire, waking up in the middle of a highway at night, waking up in jail......

  • @zkxv Snorting a line of ants with Motley Crue.... etc. :)

  • @lili242010 How does replacing Bob and Lee destroy Randy's work? Randy's guitars are still present in the 02 reissues. That's not a valid response to disliking the 02 mix. Lee and Bob were ommited, period. That's the arguement that analog equipment of the 70's the album was originally recorded now had a new bass and drum line added from a digital recording. This didnt mix well with Ozzy and Randy's analog being drowned out with the digital drums and bass.

  • @trans8010 Randy´s work isn´t just the guitars. It´s the whole music. For example, if you put Beyonce singing, Justin Bieber on drums, and keep Randy´s guitar, you´ll destroy Randy´s music, i.e. his work. That´s what Sharon did. Blizzard of Ozz and Diary of a Madman were recorded by Ozzy, Randy, Lee and Bob. This classic band created this kind of music, which can´t be recreated by skate rock musicians like Robert Trujillo. The 02 reissues sucks, that´s why Randy´s work was destroyed.

  • @trans8010 It ruined Randy's work because the new bass and drums suck. Define digital? They were "analog" drums, as in a real drum kit. They might have been recorded on a digital recorder but when I was an engineer I intertwined 2 inch analog with ADAT's and it sounded awesome.

  • @JonHawaii2003 To say that Randy's work was destroyed or ruined because of the rhythm altered due to different artists imitating the work of the originals or that the mixing was terrible when adding the digital recordings to the analog originals, that's valid arguement. To say that just because a new bass and drumline were added period is a nostalgic point, we hate the reissues cause they were changed period and didn't need to be. We grew up listening to these have great memories and now gone.

  • @trans8010 I think we are in agreement.

  • @lili242010 They recently released the original versions of Blizzard and Diary on CD.

  • @lili242010

I own the original vinyl version and I'm 14.. all I can say is that it sounds a hell of a lot better with the originals!!

  • why was this not included on the album?,why was it left off?

  • @jlr41877 good question! why do you have to download it to have it? I have every single Ozzy album (except 10 Commandments) and not one of the albums has this on it. Why oh why??

  • So what happened to Daisley and Kerslake? Where did they go? This song rocks for sure. Randy was bad ass.

  • @Downoneburn what do you mean he was badass he still is badass

he could own any of theses new gay guitar players from beyondthe grave

  • Kerslake,Osbourne, Daisley and Rhoads what a band!

  • This is the best version, Ozzy's voice sounds fresher, I don't care about the cowbell.

  • When Ozzy had it all. Man I miss these guys. Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake are amazing together.heres a funfact: Many, myself included thought Blizzard of Ozz and Diary Of a Madman were Rudy Sarzo and Tommy Aldridge although they got album credits it was actually Bob and Lee that cut those tracks.

  • @MrTelecaster71 Another fun fact. Bob Daisley wrote all of Ozzy's lyrics back then.

  • I have the japan remix and as far as i can tell the only difference is the cowbell

  • 2:06-2:38 - Pretty nice solo, i think it's one of the best Randy's solos, it so emotional!

  • @wintertale83 Hell yes it's a great solo, he took the basic structure of it from an old Quiet Riot song "Breaking Up is a Heartache", part of Steal Away the Night came from that song as well

  • @creepingthrash Yup, and the rhythm guitar is from another Quiet Riot song that was only performed live, called Kiss of Death. Pretty cool how he recycled riffs and came up with an awesome song.

  • @cableguyxx No kidding? too bad its nowhere to be found on youtube. i wanna hear that song!!

  • @creepingthrash I uploaded it if you haven't found it already. Just look for my youtube account:

  • I like this one the BEST. Forever Randy

  • i like the 2002 version the best but this one is good.

  • There are 3 versions of this great song. This is the original mix from the '80 Crazy Train UK 7" & is by far the best version where the guitars are mixed so much better (ala Crazy Train & I Don't Know) & there's no cowbell in the chorus. The '84 remix that was on Japan-only releases dulled the mix & had the cowbell. '02 mix = the worst. Let Oz & Epic know you want the original 7" mix plus the Live EP on the upcoming 30th anniv. Blizzard reissue so we can get the best sound quality of this song.

  • @RedBlaze02 The 84 mix is what's present on the new remastered Blizzard album not the 80 original. There's cowbell present.

  • @trans8010 Yep, you're right. I got my box set. I was hoping the 7" mix would be on there. At least the RR solo track is awesome.

  • Best quality upload of this song yet. Thanks!

  • cool song first time i heard this song!
