yeah, the bass lines are easier to pick up because the pitch is lower. Lower travels faster and is usually a little louder. Besides, most cameras aren't meant for filming concerts.
The live vocal isn't that bad....the bass is just overpowers anything else in the song, including Sarah and Keren. They were never known as the world's strongest vocalist, but hey...they put a smile on my face and thousands of other fans to this day.

Crap? I honestly cannot believe people are saying these things!!!!! Of COURSE the sound is going to be dodgy on this video, it was a big club so the music was, of course going to be very loud and not come across accurately in the video. They perform perfectly well and sound fantastic live.

no they sung completely live on tour. jacquie was there then and her vocals are very strong. i saw them at 5 venues they were really good except love in the first degree, they couldnt handle that one LOL!!
actually bananarama perform very well live, there 88 tour performances sounded just like the studio versions, but i agree on this one, it was nt very good, but hey, they just having fun :)

I love Bananarama, their CD Drama is fantastic, but this live vocal is really bad. They look amazing however.
