Go north op razor hill and go up the ramp. So when you leave razor hill north, go right immidiatly and then go left, walk with the ridge and you will find the entrance.

Talk to a GM, or maybe talk to the guy who gives it. Or then maybe abandon the quest and accept again. Maybe then it's provided again.

U get the pouch off (for me) the cultists with the imps and u can get the fire tar off the thornweavers or the geomancers

You need to go north to the cave above the road as shown in the video. You need to kill mobs there, they drop it.

It drops from the mobs in the cave, so you were unlucky then with the drops

You must go to the Dustwind Cave whcih is if you go out of Razzor Hill to the west and then strait north, you wil see a cave in the landscape, thats the one.
