I don't know how I myself would react in such a situation but it must be one of the most aggravating things in the world for someone to abuse something you've spent time creating. Jordan -- I know who you are talking about. I used to watch this persons videos. I do not anymore. I recently just saw a video he posted a few days ago. Having taken a few psychology courses, I believe this person is suffering from narcissistic personality disorder, and anti-social personality disorder. He views you, and anyone who does not agree with him entirely as an "enemy." Do not let him intimidate you.

We still support you, and keep up the videos - You're doing a really great job.

The best thing within this kind of bullying or negativity is to remove yourself from their sphere of consciousness. Ignore them, basically. Keep that level of inertia going and they will move on to someone else. It takes two to have a war.

Remove yourself from that conflict and don't even mention them or the issues involved in your channels.

Total blackout - watch how quickly they move on to someone else. As their negativity probably isn't even about you. It's about them.

If I am right, you cannot use DMCA to take down remixes of your videos, as those are covered by fair use. And this whole abusing DMCA issue is very, very touchy. Better stay away from it.

It seems it sucks for everybody this year. I lost my dad in March from cancer, my neighbor died from ecoli and now his wife has lost all connection to the world and their house was broken into 3 times last month. 2 of my friends are in a love triangle, another friend of mine is paralyzed from the waist down from flipping his truck, 2 of my cousins were in an accident but they are okay. I know most of these are the party's fault but damn, It's still a crappy situation for all. I'll pray for you..

Unfortunately It's not Youtube's DMCA policy. It's the legal requirement of Youtube's safe harbor status. There has to be a jury trial, it's a requirement of the U.S. constitution. It sucks for some people but unfortunately it's necessary to prevent abuse of false filing.

You may be able to get this person to remove the video just by having a lawyer send a letter stating that you may peruse legal action if the video is not removed.

Before i say anything: i still have the great luck to stil have most of my familiy alive, so i really have no clue how much impact on you the loss of your cousin could have affected you. I'm not going to try and emphasize this situation that you have.
