  • popcorn !

  • The popcorn is anti-lag system ?

  • 0:35 LOL look at his pose

  • is the back firing caused by too much gas fed to the engine?. cause it only happens when you let the accelerator go then the air supply cuts off immediately but there is still some gas left in the combustion chamber thus makes the back firing?.. but we can't really avoid this because of the custom camshafts and injectors and stuffs..xD

  • sacarle el motor a una haya y ponerselo a eso es como sacarle las tetas a la salazar y ponerselas a la lovato....q crimen...

  • how do you link the motor to the transmission, and what type of transmission do you use for something like this?

    please email me.

  • 30 hours is the recommended time

  • How many km can you do before rebuild the engine (driving very hard, like in races)? Thank you

  • I want to Hayabusa my dishwasher....

  • @policeb8 you dont have a clue buddy!!

  • You should call that thing Hanabi

    Which is Japanese for Fireworks

  • I'd prefer the twin R1 engined Mini. ;-)

No, I'd prefer the Ariel Atom.

  • also you can cheaply and easily set up a detcan.

  • how do the mappers hear the detonation at such high revs ?

  • @bigbollocks69:

    with knock sensors.

  • thanks for your comment rasmAn2 i should of posted in more detail before

what i rearly was trying to say is after x amount of rpm it's rearly hard to hear any detonation because the noise from inside the engine over powers what you hear through the head phones

this is what i have noticed when maping my zetec turbo (turbo'd mondeo engine) with omex ecu around/after 4700rpm

    cheers

  • that depends. knock produces a very distingtive high pitch humming so it's identified quite quicly. and a simple hi-pass filtering circuit can help even more. most of the more fancy ecu's even give you a knock sensor input. after this knock is just an led or box on the screen.

  • this one's a rocket :D

  • i really want to see it on the track... must be difficult to stay on the road...

    still awesome anyway :)

  • holy shit, this is a real car ^^

  • holy car

  • omg the more i hear them the more i want one

  • amazing..

  • totally fukin awsome!

  • that is the exact definition of a screamin' metal death-trap

  • racing in a coffin lol

  • hi, how did ya make a reverse gear?

  • starter motor and toothed ring on rear diff

  • Quaife reverse box probably, or something similar.

  • how much does one of these things set you back money wise

  • talking £10,000 4 a cheap one lol

  • Wow Like to see her racing atnight with that backfire. Kickuh

  • all i can say is... FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKK!!!!! thats mad :D

  • I laught when I heard the sound of the turbo and the small explosions in the exhaust...it sounds funny but I bet it is fast

  • this is from hell

  • Wtf are you talking about??

  • it was a joke about it not moving.. because its on a dyno..i thought it was funny.

  • Ooo dear lol!!!

  • That's horrendous!

  • i wont ago lmao

  • can anyone tell if its still using a chain or not? it looks like it is, but i cant tell for sure

  • It is chain drive.

You can tell because the motor is sitting normally. I have seen a few shaft drive conversions but the motor sits sideways.

Chain drive is better for what they are trying to do. *go fast that is. All my busa to car conversions have been chain drive as well.

    -JH

  • then how frequent did u change ur drivechain???

-is it more often than the bike that the engine originate from??

  • Not as often as you'd think! It's checked often and replaced probably when things are dismantled for routine maintenance.

  • gas mileage should not be must lest than the bike be u get over a 100 miles out of it

  • Uh no thats a sign of mapped to run rich on overrun.

  • its the unburnt fuel hitting the exhaust on over run!!!you listen to any high perfomance enging small or big its basic tuning the more air (turbo) and more fuel the bigger the bang and the more horse power!!!!!

exhaust leak ffs !!!! read a book!

  • i bet it gets amazing gas mileage aswell. no fugin fair i want one! :)

  • it really wont. i know a guy with a normal R1 Mini conversion and it devours petrol in not time at all but still an amazing car.

  • My R1 mini doesn't devour fuel at all! its quite good tbh but when the old right foot gets heavy it goes dwn like a led balloon lol

  • cuando deja de acelerar suena como si estuviesen haciendo palomitas.. XD

  • sounds like a turbo

  • The video title kind of gives that away... "ZCars TURBO Hayabusa Monte Carlo"

  • waste of some sierra cosworth 3dr alloys their by the looks of it :( awesome mini btw :D

  • fatal mini!!

  • first, hats off to you and your awesome car

second, how much was the kit? engine? because now i have to get one haha

  • What a beast!!!

  • 300 hp in that thing is going to fucking take off lol

  • hayabusa turbo, so 499 bhp. ;)

  • Zcars have now built one with a 480bhp supercharged 2.4l honda vtec.

  • SCARY

  • thats just unbelievable i couldnt speek for a second there ! you see the back of the car on the power run just completly bend.. do you have torque reading?

  • Can't remember exactly. Almost 200 I think. I just remember that the torque curve is almost flat from 5,500 to 10,500rpm :-)

  • It spent days on the dyno getting things right. Ended up changing whole management system. Doesn't pop now!! :-)

  • What engine management did it have and what has it got now? Is it pushing any more bhp with the new ems.

  • Ditched the MBE and fitted Hydra ECU. When it gets fully mapped (hot start/ cold start etc) can start upping the boost.

  • Why all the popping on the over run. Has it got secondary injectors or larger single injectors?

    Sure is cool tho.
