I have to say that i just LOVE this piece (HWV 430), and even though I kind of find the last repetition of the air/theme a bit redundant, I must say that this rendition is amazing.

I think you are right. I have just listened to it again. I am used to it being played on the harpsichord. Listen to Paul Nicholson playing on h'chord.

I first heard this back in '92. It was on a greatest hits tape. I'll never forget how it stirred me the first time I heard it. I've loved it ever since.
