Besos.

  • Simple but its all I needed to know, thanks. =3

  • What if i only want a shirt with one sleeve and from the other side for my shoulder to be naked?

  • @amu1995 You could just cut off straight across the shoulder part completely so that the one side will have the elastic under your armpit. Try making a doll sized one first if you want to practice before doing the real one.

  • Great video, thanks !!!

  • Thanks for the crash coarse in making a basic T-shirt. I figured I should start my Spring sewing with my new machine even though its Winter. You have very nice toned arms by the way. Now I'll have to search arm exercises on youtube so I will nice in my shirts.

  • Best tutorial i've ever ever seen

  • Thank you for this video! I feel more confident to start sewing now!

  • sweet!!!

  • WONDERFUL...

  • Nice Job Fettucine!!!

  • i like it so much.. it looks very easy.. tq

  • I am just beginning to create a shirt/blouse of my own, ur video is a GREAT help u noe. And after the T-shirt ones, this Gypsy blouse is such a great attempt for me. Just wat i wanted to do! Many thanks.

  • thank you. really great!

  • very nice video, original blouse

  • That was a very inventive shirt. I like off-the-shoulder shirts quite a bit (But I'm never brave enough to wear them), and the little 'flowy bit' at the end really makes the shirt nice.

But the video seemed rushed, and it could have been done in several days rather than just one.

However, I'll attempt making a shirt like that for myself, because I really like it. :)

  • Thanks for the video!

  • I show how to make the pattern in my lesson 1 and 2. How to make a t-shirt. After you learn how to make a t-shirt you can then adjust the pattern to make other things. I hope you will enjoy!

  • how do you make a patter for a dress or any other kind of top its just that i know how to measure and al that but don't know how to measure it on the the dress

  • U ROCK!!!

  • You have made my sewing life sooooo much easier!! Thanks!!

  • muy bonita, gracias mil por compartir

  • Did you make that beige looking shirt that you are wearing, too? I like these videos, now I finally feel like I am ready to attempt to sew a shirt....Very easy to understand. Can't wait to go to the fabric store!!! Thanks so much

  • No I did not but that is another way to make a t-shirt. It is an actual "T" cut out of linen, No seams for the sleeves. Then whomever made it (I bought it in Guatemala) spent hours embroidering the front and crocheting the raw edges.

  • She's so cute saying "just ignore my husband", haha

  • thanks for posting this video, i think it s better to use open colour fabric for tute, i found it difficult to see details on black

  • That is a great idea! If you already have t-shirt that fits you perfectly you can use THAT as a pattern! Sometimes tracing it onto something stiffer, posterboard or cardboard, makes it easier if you are planning to make more than one

  • so... you can just cut out an old t-shirt to make a new one ? is that going to work too for a pattern??

  • Thank you for sharing the technique with us. You are so kind.

  • My pleasure!

  • The bluwhodesign channel here on youtube also has sewing lessons for beginners. Even if you don´t have a sewing machine. She has a few on hand sewing.

  • I really hope you will start to sew simple clothes for yourself. You will find that you will start to really understand how clothing is constructed, and you will then start analyzing OTHER people´s clothes and clothes on the racks in the stores to figure out how they were made. This, plus understanding the different types of fabrics and their qualities will make you a much more discriminating and careful consumer.

  • yea.....if i come to your house will you teach me more? i really would love to mak emy own clothing, but first i need a sewing machine

  • Thank you for this video! Very easy to understand!

  • Awesome, thank you. :)
