B) Pay attention to the uniform, it's a Royal Naval Raiting carrying the Pace Stick because there is no "SCC Flash".

The POC can carry the pace stick if he is a drill instructer you can also be a drill instructer at L/C

CDI's are only permitted to wear a chain and whistle, not to carry a pace stick
