And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto ALL NATIONS; and then shall the end come. Matthew 24: 14

But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in. Matthew 23:13
I suppose you haven't read the numerous prophecies in Ezekiel, Jeremiah, Isaiah and so on regarding 'all others' who turn to YHWH and the prophecies regarding 'salvation for others' if they choose to obey the commands and specifically the Sabbaths.
This is the promise and prophecy of the 'people who did not seek Him' who find Him and His will.
There are literally countless passages referring to this. Any yes, observe Mosaic Law, the Levitical has changed due to Messiah.

Read Revelation 14:12 - these are the ones who will be set apart and saved in these end days.
