Stupid question, but how come the characters can talk (not just the text, but the sound) when in the copy of the game I got doesn't have any talking? Is it because I got the European version of the game?

@magicalkitten1 I am sorry, but yes, it is because you have the European version. The reason is the number of text boxes is different in every language, so it makes difficult to include the voices with that problem and redub the game to every language makes it expensive.

It was never refered as Model Weil, but it was talked about Weil and Ragnarok saying Models W are made with the rests of Ragnarok and the knowledge of his creator (Weil, but never refered as him with his name), so we can say it is Model Weil.

Anyway, in the Japanese version is Model V, and Weil is called Vile in the Japanese Rockman Zero games. :P
